Paid for 3 suites but on arrival got 3 normal rooms and no refund. Got moved to a room not a suite with no airconditioning. This hotel sells on bookings.com suites with a balcony and rooms like that does not exist in this hotel it is a balcony on a floor that can be used by all on that floor. All and all a horrible experience and sad that bookings.com will have a hotel like this on this amazing site.

I booked this hotel for my mother and niece, they gave very good feedback about the hotel. The staff were very friendly, clean rooms (linens were changed everyday), the security was very helpful. Overall very good and prompt service. The room had everything they needed. Thank you all very much for taking care of my family, special thanks to Isaac in housekeeping. The food was very good but expensive. Breakfast was complementary but offered only for one person even though the accommodation was for two persons (this was very weird). The price of the hotel was slightly higher at the property and this was not because of the exchange rate.

The property was clean and comfortable The fact that you pay so much yet you are charged to iron a shirt or to use their microwave. I paid #210,000 for 2 nights and I was charged for using the microwave. I almost lost it

Breakfast was poor/primitive. No coffee machine, no milk, no cookies/biscuits. The price paid was USD30 bigger than agreed by Booking. No drinking water in room. Everything.

breakfast was a buffet and tasted good. The dining room looked tidy and staff were present to help when needed. Room was tidy and well lit - i also liked the professionalism of the staff. Hotel food was over-priced, it was a bit difficult to locate the hotel - perhaps a large sign post should be placed at a visible location.

It appeared clean and presentable online, the hotel was difficult to locate. The whole hotel setting and services was poor, light and electric supply was bad, erratic power supply, my wife and I could not sleep all night due to siren noise that was coming from the bathroom, complained to the reception but nothing was done on the first night

The food was awesome. The rooms were very clean. The staff went above and beyond daily. They didn't let me and my fiancé sleep in without mandating. We eat breakfast, which I thought was awesome because they went above and beyond in caring for us. The security, the property, this should not be a 4 star hotel. It should be a 5 star hotel. I have nothing but positive vibes, and I will definitely stay again. And I highly recommend that you choose this location to stay at. Cause it will be somewhere, you will not regret it. I would like to thank the entire staff for making my first trip to Nigeria and to your hotel. This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget. Thank you
