Very clean and close to a lot of restaurants.

This is a really great hotel in a wonderful location.

We had an amazing stay here. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff—everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Everything about our time here was awesome. We'll definitely be back!

I didn't like it. You walk in to lobby and smell moisture. The room had a very bad smell. Like someone sweated in the room. I had to put the perfume to tolerate the room's smell. There was not any soap in the bathroom. You have to pay extra for parking.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was large, clean, and had comfortable beds. But it had the most unwelcoming staff I’ve ever experienced.

En general limpieza buena, personal de desayuno súper amable y atentos, desayuno bueno aparcamiento accesible.

Amazing! Clean, safe, beautiful If you have an outer room you can hear interstate traffic-hated the fact that I had to park in a garage on the 4th floor. Im a single female and went to a concert and it was scary.

Location was okay. My family stayed for almost 5 weeks in two connected suites. The hotel never offered us nor accepted to adjust the room rate to long term stay rate. Same hotel in Houston Texas gave me long term stay rates later with no issue. I tried with hotel management but they refused. I was not treated well as Hilton loyal member. I am very disappointed!

The hotel is stunning and the rooms are very nice with comfy beds!

Overall good experience There was no bacon or ham at breakfast. Slow to refill food.
-
Pretty decent hotel with spacious rooms.

Beds were uncomfortable this time. Mattress worn. They need a fan in the bathroom.

We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. Then at 9:45am we had house keeping banging on our door and came in when check out wasn’t until 11! It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel. Also if you are sold out, like the lady told us, I would have more than just one person working the front desk and maybe who was a little less rude.

The staff was amazing, the location is awesome for immediate entertainment, the breakfast was good.. the burned the bacon each day though.. lol.. the one thing I did not like was my room smelled like a dog.. not strong but for sure dogs were present.. pet hair ( sorry) it was all over the luggage cart. I understand for hotels that accept pets it’s possible.. but I think maybe a dog floor, where they aren’t in every room..to contain the scent. I tried to light candles to mask the smell. Which worked fine the first night, but the second night it set off an alarm.. lol.. all and all for what the trip was for, this was a nice choice.. I would suggest pet lovers, everything in Halcyon seemed to be pet friendly.. outside of that it really was a fun place to stay.. the valet team was awesome.. young Bryce was running the cars., lol.. thanks for the experience .
