The location is great, close to the highway if l needed to run to the mall or whatever. My kids wanted to jump in the pool but it wasn't ready. That's about it.

We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund

Room was clean. Property is clean. It smells bad inside. They need more parking to accommodate check-in. King bed too close to air conditioner; room wouldn’t get cool.

Waffle House and the Gas Station are within walking distance. Laundry facilities came in handy. Another extended stay is right next door. They need to vacuum the hallways more often.
