Every thing was below average. I will never stay in the place again. I will give them BiG F for everything.

Close to the mall and you can walk to eat The room was hot, we could not get the room to cool down, we ended up buying a box fan, which helped a little bit and the electricity is poorly done. Whenever I would dry my hair the lights would flicker. And one of the night stand lights was extremely dim.

Checked-in for a one night stay due to a nearby event therefore returned late for a shower and sleep. Everything was great until went down for the breakfast... the most accurate description would be totally dysfunctional, from beginning to end and all in between. (And I'm being nice)

We had to wait an hour to get into our rooms. We got there at 430. They also allowed the landscapers to begin work at 730 in the am. It would have been nice to sleep in.

We are unable to check into the room until two hours past check in time. The room we were given did not have a working bathroom light and we were given a new room.

The stay was good. Breakfast didn't include non-pork options. The room was nice, it was a poor design of our bathroom. The bathroom was too small and it was hard getting in and out of the shower.

Initial impressions the room was nice. Bed was comfy and room was clean, tv was good quality. Couch was a sectional pull out, However, bathrooms: tiny and very tight with how the door opened you had to almost step in the shower to open the door. They had empty built in body wash and shampoo. And there were an army of ants in my room….. breakfast was terrible and didn’t match the quality of Hyatt places I’ve been at.

The staff is top notch. The room needed a window shade and a new air conditioning unit. It worked but made so much noise doing so.

Walls and floors are thin. Beds are not comfortable.

Little things…the window shade was wrinkled, damaged and it was hard to close or open. The bathroom door needed replacing it looked as if a dog had chewed the veneer off one corner and they just painted over it. Before bed the TV guide channel was not accessible but it was working by morning. I like more light in a room, like a bathroom when I am shaving. The ambient backlighted mirror did not illuminate as I would have liked. I will say the towels were extraordinary!!! Thick and big enough for a tall person like me.
