Reviews

The property was undergoing Construction. The pool was closed. There was Construction throughout the hotel.

Hotel was under refurbishment, about five years too late. But they had no problem charging $138 for a single night. Bathroom was nasty and terrible. Drapes were not usable, could not close. Draw-wands broken and laying on floor. Drapes blocked AC unit. Breakfast was terrible. I’ll never stop here again

I understand the hotel is under construction but our bathroom was dirty, the ice machine didn’t work, and the whole building just felt dirty.
-
Checkin staff was not overly friendly. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were small and not great. Went to breakfast right at 6am and coffee was barely warm.
-
Overall the hotel was ok as per the budget category and served the purpose well for our overnight stay for a long journey. Rooms were clean breakfast was ok.
-
upgrade so there was some boxes & pallets of things, but they were never in our way. The room was nice & comfortable. The A/C was so cold, just like I like it. Super convenient to the highway & major shopping & food. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was polite thou.
-
Great staff. Nice location. The tv never worked and the WiFi had a very low signal. My only complaints. Otherwise it was clean and quiet.
-
Loved the stay and the staff good breakfast and great hotel even with them under construction.
-
They had pallets of materials stored in the hallways inside the hotel
-
Additionally, the outside was being renovated, and there was no sign anywhere saying which hotel it was so we weren’t really even sure until we walked inside if we were at the right hotel. Overall the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was just fine if not amazing. The staff were competent and did their jobs well, but without being super friendly. It wasn’t a bad hotel, but I wouldn’t choose it again the next time I was going through town.

Property seems to be under maintenance. Some lights in the room wasn’t working. Was able to hear next room conversation
-
The entire room (including washroom) was not at all clean. Not much options in breakfast. Seems some renovation work is in progress
-
The light in the bathroom was extremely dim, in order to see we had to turn on the "heat lamp".
-
Building is under reconstruction, piles of materials lying in lobby area. To get to the ice machine requires climbing through pallets. Matter of time before someone trips and sues. Breakfast was lacking gluten free items. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful.
-
Only thing was there was no pool
-
I have no good things to report on during our stay.
-
The remodeling was distracting, but the breakfast was good and the employees helpful and pleasant.

This hotel was listed as no pets allowed which is important as I’m extremely allergic. Upon check in they notify they are pet friendly. Not only is this extremely aggravating and false advertising it is also dangerous. They found a room that had no history of pets for the past week and I was able to stay for the one night. Although I did have mild allergic reactions. Additionally the hotel is going through renovations. There was no name on the front of the hotel, there is debris everywhere and our room was shabby. Dirty curtains, stains on the carpet, molding coming off the walls and rust stains around the toilet and dark stains inside. The staff member who checked us in was rude with an attitude that we were bothering her for checking in. We will not be staying with this company again.

The hotel was being renovated during our stay. When we went to check in, we went to the property address and didn't think they were open because there were no signs. No signs for the hotel, no signs on the street and the parking lot was full of construction equipment. I called the reservation line because I was confused and the agent said, "Wer'e open, we're just under renovation right now." The room was very nice and clean, the bathroom wasn't dirty, but definitely showed it's signs of age. While on the property we unfortunately ended with a nail in our tire.
