Quality Inn Amarillo West near Medical Center

Woke up to no hot water and tub clogged. Reported to staff and told it would be taken care of immediately. Came back to the room in the evening and nothing done, clog still there, room not cleaned. The girl at the desk was very nice and agreed to refund my second night stay, however, as I was checking the room for my belongings, I discovered mattress I was slept on the previous night was filthy with no mattress cover.

Only one channel worked on the TV.

It was a descent stay for just passing through.

Maybe clean the floor and change the carpet too old

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It’s an embarrassment that they are actually renting these rooms to human beings. They should be ashamed to charge money for this place. Don’t anyone ever spend a penny on this hotel? It should be put out of business.

Needs to be up dated the floors lookd dirty breakfast sucked

Responsive staff helped fix TV so we could watch a world cup match. Facility needs a lot of repair.

Cleanliness and very outdated

It was close to the medical center. The staff was nice. The bed was not bad. It was very outdated. The floor had patches in it that had been patched with non matching pieces. The tv was very old and the channels were not much to choose from. The hallways were very hot, and the window sills were very dirty.

Not a nice place to stay. Was actually to scared to stay there with grandkids. Walked up to room and right back down and back to the car to find someplace else. Wasted $95

Breakfast was decent At night a lot of people hanging around outside cars driving up talking to people in the parking lot and OTHER activities people lingering on the stairs drinking alcohol. Beer bottle was left on the staircase for the whole week I stayed there with my grandkids.

Nothing. People outside smoking and drinking in front of the entrances, made me feel unsafe going in. Staff tried to charge me twice after I told her i paid she asked why I had an attitude

Location

Room we received should never be used again. Front door didn't close all the way. We asked for a non-smoking room, well lets just say that at one point that room was a smoking room because of how awful it smell. There were roaches inside the fridge. Also the bathroom fan didn't work. We should have requested another room but since there was no elevator and having to go up and down the stairs having a bad knee was not an option. That was my experience in this particular location.
