The property presented well from the outside but there were roaches, flies, and spiders in the room. The room was stuffy and the A/C kept making a strange random annoying noise throughout the night, keeping me up. Ash the manager was friendly but I probably will never stay there again. I definitely don't recommend.

Staff and room were great. Easy Uber ride to parks. Great location.

The room was clean and was ok, but it does show its age the following ways: You can hear the water in the pipes when somebody else in a different room is using them. The mini fridge is definitely up there in years. My room was downstairs and I could definitely hear people walking upstairs. There is also a $23 charge for early check-in. When I called earlier in the day, I was not told there would be an early check-in fee. I checked in just over two hours before check-in time. The rate was affordable compared to others in the area and I just needed a place to crash for the night - in that regard it did its job.

Clean room, great staff, pool and hot tub !

The place is very pleasant and a great option for families; it is very clean. The only downside is that they charge for parking—I was charged $35. If you're heading to Disney, the bus stops right at the corner and costs $2.

The sink is next to the bathroom giving the opportunity for more than one person to get dressed at the same time. There was a microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable- a little on the softer side instead of sleeping on a board. It had a couple of different types of pillows so finding one that worked was easy. There is a facilities fee (parking) but it was cheap by local standards. There’s mini mart and fast food half a block away for all your late night cravings or forgotten necessities.

Very good place to stay

Room was very old and not clean, found hair on one of the pillows and there was a yellowish stain on another one, stuff stuck on inside of toilet. Worst of all, the water pipe from the shower kept making high pitch squealing noises every hour throughout the night after we were in bed. Told the staff in the morning about the problem but was blamed for not telling them sooner. It was almost midnight, and we had a sleeping 4 year old, it was not possible to have us move to another room at this point. When we told the staff the next day, they offered to waive our parking fee….of $10. We barely slept at night because of this and it felt insulting to only be offered that little as compensation. The only good thing is that it is close to Disneyland. Wouldn’t recommend or stay any more.

The staff were very helpful with info about surrounding areas. Property and location to Disneyland excellent. Room and location to various sites excellent. As a bonus, got to see fireworks show from a Disneyland with great view. Would stay here again.

The room was clean The first complaint was I had to pay for parking was not advertised on the booking. The bed was uncomfortable feel like I was lying down on a wooden plank. And the WiFi was spotty sometimes it works.

Close to Disney Lobby need some work

Very close to Disneyland ! The workers were very nice ! Room was very clean awesome ! I would stay here again Very clean and in a great location

I liked how close it was to Disneyland about a 10-15 min walk. Owners were super nice and saw I had a small child and provided a free of charge stroller they had. Quiet! I recommend! A little older and you can see it’s outdated.

Water pressure in shower was very weak floors were dirty

We was extremely pleased staying at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and kind! They accommodated us to a downstairs room as per request. Our rooms were extremely clean which made our stay that much more comfortable. Will be returning!

Is very close to disney You have to pay 22 USD even when it says FREE parking space

Very close to Disney, spacious room and beds. The floor was pretty dirty and there was dust on the lamp. Otherwise nice and clean!
