Best Western Plus Pavilions

Breakfast is not onsite or really worth much! I felt like it was false advertisement that they have breakfast included. We were given a voucher for two breakfasts that we had to go off site for, however my husband and I were traveling with our two children. We would be required to pay for the other two breakfast meals. Will not be staying here again!

Clean rooms helpful staff. Every thing was excellent.

My staff was overall god besides the electricity going out for 5 plus hours. The manager took care of deducting fees off my total amount due.

The free breakfast at Dennys

Pool and hot tub were excellent. Very clean, grab and go breakfast bag with Denny's breakfast also available was good value. Proximity to Disney very good, 25 min walk each way or $25 return in an Uber really good value, saves on the extortionate Disney parking fees.. Bed was very comfy, big room. Air con is a little bit noisy but didn't stop us sleeping, decor a little dated. Fixed shower head isn't ideal.

Great place to stay for Disney goers. The Dennys vouchers were great and fed our family of 4 by sharing. The front desk staff was super accommodating with keeping our bags upon checkout while we were in the park. The only downside was the beds were not very comfortable and the temperature in the room was hard to regulate. Overall happy with our stay for the price and proximity!

Location was great for Disney only about a 20/25 minute walk to Downtown Disney! Room was clean and everything worked properly! They give you vouchers for breakfast at Denny’s in the adjacent parking lot. Rooms was comfortable. You can hear the person above you really well especially if anyone is jumping around. The power went out but they worked quickly to get it back out and going.

Breakfast was good, they give a Denny’s voucher. Clean, parking, WiFi, close to all. I would go back.

Safe, clean, and staff were pleasant. Power went out for several hours. Made the hotel room hot. Neighbors were pretty loud.

Close to Disneyland. Parking in Anaheim is a bit expensive as well as ride-share. It is easy to move around Anaheim and Orange County by the OC Transit (Bus). There is a stop right in front of the hotel. You can download the OC Transit Card called WAVE, but there are other ways to pay on the bus: Cash and Credit Card. Credit card payment on the bus is the better option as you get a 2 hour transfer window for one fare, or your card would not charge anymore when you reach $5 max daily. For Breakfast there is a simple grab and go package but you also get tickets for all your days stay to eat at Denny's Next door. Mini refrigerator and Microwave in the room if you wish to use. What is useful to know is that the South Building doesn't have an elevator. So if you are challenged or have heavy bags, just take note. The Air-condition in the room was very noisy. It would cycle every few minutes, so I had difficulty sleeping when it was on. I slept with it off for most of my 7 days there, but only because the temperature at night was very cool. With the warmer summer weather this would be a challenge. There was no safe in the rooms to use.

However, the 2nd day a transformer blew and all the surrounding area went black. Total blackout. We spike with management and told him my partner had to have refrigeration for his meds and said we were leaving to go home for that reason. No fault of the Best Western at all, just unfortunate. We were assured a refund would be made for the 2nd night stay. I would stay there again in the future.

The air conditioning didn't work while we stayed there, warm nites were quite uncomfortable.

Hotel room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were stocked . We had plenty of bedding and pillows. Customer service was acceptable. Taking the vouchers for Jenny’s for limited breakfast. That was nice unfortunately they didn’t tell us when booking that the transportation from hotel to Disneyland vice versa is now eliminated therefore we have to use Lyft to get to Disneyland and back to the hotel out-of-pocket. It’s the hotel doesn’t tell you neither does third-party. That’s why I gave it three star.
