The beds weren’t the most comfortable for me—I would have preferred something a little softer—but they were okay. The staff was friendly, and I was able to get checked into a room very quickly. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator at this inn, so if you have difficulty with stairs, that may be something to consider when booking. Parking is complimentary with your stay, and it’s within walking distance of a Denny’s and a gas station. There is also a vending machine on-site, although I didn’t use it. The ice machine was broken during my visit, but hopefully that gets repaired soon. The rooms were very spacious, and I especially liked the lighted vanity mirror. While my room could have been a little cleaner, I was told the hotel is currently renovating rooms, so it’s possible the room I stayed in hadn’t been updated yet. The location is a huge plus—it’s only about a block from the Toy Story Parking Area and close to the Anaheim Convention Center. There was plenty of parking available, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

We've stayed here twice because we are budget travelers and its often the lowest priced. For those of us that aren't bothered by what that comes with, this hotel is generally fine. Both times the Ice machine has been out of order, so there seems to be no plan to improve or fix it in the future. The room was booked for 4 people and yet only had 2 towels. When we asked the front desk for more towels, we were told to ask the housemaids ourselves for more towels rather than the front desk getting them for us. The housemaids mostly didn't speak English, and when I found the one that could she said they were washing/drying and would bring me a couple in 10 minutes. The beds are comfortable enough for us however this time our bed did creak every time we tossed or turned in it which woke me up constantly throughout the evening.

Towels are a bit dingy but you can bring your own. Pillows are also not that great but again something you can bring if you’re able to. Other than that everything else was good.

Rooms are always nice, beds there ate aways confortabel and I admit I'm picky. Have repeatedly stayed here and it's always been a pleasure

The staff is always super friendly. I've been coming here the last few months for Disney trips, love the upgrades they've been doing.

The best part of this stay was the parking and how close it was to the theme parks. Both our room, and my family members room had roaches in the bathrooms, and the rooms smelled like mold.
-
Absolutely awful, they grow business because they’re 4 min drive from the park but the rooms were dirty, moldy and nothing worked. The pillows are lumpy old throw pillows, the refrigerator didn’t work, the bathroom had a moldy bath mat and the shower is cracked open. The staff is rude, it’s like they’re mad you bother them with checking in. I am checking my bank statement etc because of a popular rumor of being charged wrong etc… I saw AFTER on Yelp. Never ever staying here again. Our room had a video of maid carts and they woke us up at 4 am. The smell was like mold. I’d have a health inspector come here asap. Not worth the bed bug risk, health risk or theft risk.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel and room were clean over all. It is an older building and could use some updating and more amenities, but it is also cheap and close to everything.
-
Clean but the beds were uncomfortable and I got a soda from the soda machine that tasted like acetone.
-
The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for sure , the beds however were very uncomfortable. The ac was great

Was there for 4 nights & our room was only cleaned once. Ran out of toilet paper & towels which was annoying coming back to room at midnight & not having necessities.

Great location definitely will be back!

Room was not clean.

It was great. We only stayed a night but the maxcana place next door was the best.

Everything was good except not enough towels or washcloths in room

The shower was good. Never ran out of hot water, but they give very limited towels so check those before you get in. The free parking is a definite plus and the walk to Toy story parking lot wasn't bad at all, even with waiting on the lights it took maybe 9 minutes. The area seemed safe. Me (mom) and my 2 girls walked it alone at 1am and never felt scared. Overall for the price I would stay here again. That said if you are expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel then this isn't the property for you but if you are like me and just want a budget friendly place to sleep while at Disneyland then this is a great place. I can't comment on the pool or hot tub because we didn't use those.

The hotel is not moderate

We stayed here for a recent trip to Disneyland. It’s a little bit of a walk but worth it for the value! It was a very spacious room and was clean and quiet. We would stay here again for sure!!
