We had a great stay overall. Check-in was a little bumpy, and the receptionist wasn’t the friendliest, but the rest of the staff more than made up for it. Everyone else was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home and helped make our visit enjoyable. We are very happy with our stay and would gladly return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Stanford . The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. We felt so comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was delicious. They serve the best coffee we have ever tasted. The manager was so professional. We appreciated her compassion, kindness, and pleasant personality. It’s very rare nowadays to find these characteristics in employees. We will never hesitate when visiting Disneyland to stay at this location. Thank you again to the entire staff, for making our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

Sadly, this property will no longer be on my list of places to stay in the Disneyland resort district. It’s old and run down. The person at the front desk was overwhelmed trying to work at both computers as the other desk person took a poorly timed break while people were checking in. The WiFi is trash and the breakfast choices were subpar. This really breaks my heart to leave a review that’s less than stellar because it was a property we used to stay at for several of our Disneyland trips in the past.

Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was served everyday.

Great stay quiet clean place

This is a hotel that is older & our room 234 was facing the street & on second floor with no elevators so stairs with all your luggage up n down not fun. It is very loud as cars race & engines revved cause the car alarms to go off every nite while your trying to sleep. Breakfast was good room clean but toilet seat was broken when we sat on it it slipped to the side, then we noticed the bracket on back was missing.

The ev charging didn’t work. The room felt very dated, and despite the extra sized room with a bunk bed the beds were not comfortable. It was painful to sleep on the pillows hurt. Not a great sleeping experience.

The property was great and the staff was amazing!!!

Family Suite (2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms) was perfect set-up for for our needs and hard to find at a reasonable cost.

The staff was great and helpful. The free breakfast was the perfect thing to have right before headed to Disneyland. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot and took the shuttle from there.

The floors were really dirty Do not walk without shoes bath towels felt disgusting

Me gustó el lugar y como nos recibió la señorita al llegar muy amable pero al día siguiente para el desayuno ya no un pan quiso darnos la encargada de eso ya abian cerrado 5 min antes pero fue muy grosera le dije que mi mamá necesitaba comer algo para su medicamento que le abia sobrado un pan y fue grocera nada comprensiva nada empatica

Close to the park was good. Breakfast was always the same no variety for five days there were eggs and potatoes, the bagels every other day, but much of the same. The maintenance staff made a lot of noise outside our room, we could not sleep in even if we tried the noise they made woken us every time.

The place was great for our stay. The staff really helpful. We enjoyed the pool after a warm day everyday.
