Staybridge Suites Anaheim At The Park by IHG

Our whole day with you guys was truly amazing and we look forward to visiting again.

We booked two queens and a pull out mattress and the pull out was broken, we got moved and the next one was broken. Each room had a film of dust of items you can tell that haven’t been touched. We have always stayed here and this time around the experience was not up to their usual par.

Ms Irene at the reception desk though is outstanding welcoming and lending help with our concerns and very professional and polite.

The person at the lobby was not to helpful the breakfast was really good bat one the girls never smiled looks to mi that she was not wants to be there everything else was very good

The next morning before leaving, we went to lock up our valuables in the advertised safe and the lock on it was broken, then we went downstairs and the pool had been drained, it was one thing out of order after another. We had no hot water until we were almost 24 hrs in to our stay, traveling in the car for 8 hours and then going to Disney the next day with no shower was disgusting to say the least. When checking out, the attendant at the front desk was less than kind and helpful and told me to take up my issues with Expedia so here I am. I believe we should receive some sort of compensation for this fiasco we endured during our family trip. This hotel needs many repairs and is selling rooms that are not operational. Please contact me with a resolution.

Great room. Need a little updating. But very comfortable. Friendly staff. Had shampoo and body wash just not my kind but available. Will stay again if needed.

Worst experience ever. Got a room that ac wasn’t working and lights. Was assigned the wrong room. Key card didn’t work for one whole day. If you wanted to leave the room you needed to wait for staff to let you in the elevator and into your room.

Check in was smooth, but hotel itself they will not vacuum the rooms in less you are booking a room for more then 7 days , very disappointed on the amount I’ve spend on this room came back from Disneyland and my room at 12am is had NO hot water so I called the front desk at 6:30am the next day and still no hot water property didn’t give any reassurance , well I still had another day at Disney land and with four kids exhausted I will never get another room here again. Ooh and the doors to the restrooms swells up and makes so much noise, water stains on ceiling . Plus side pool closes till 10pm , full size fridge .

Great location to visit Disneyland. We booked a studio king bed with a pull out for our daughter - it’s better to just get 2 queens as the pull outs like most are not that comfortable. The front desk staff made it right for us though!

Great amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked. Staff was helpful when we had an issue with the room. Our window had a full view of the fireworks at Disneyland. Liked that it was also within walking distance to the park Card readers didn’t always work. The only way up to the rooms was by elevator through the parking lot. Would have preferred more staircase options.

Everything went well.

Be prepared to hear the fireworks every night from 935pm-10pm. Since it is so close to one of the parks you will hear and see them at night.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a bit of a hiccup because the staff initially couldn’t find our reservation and told us we couldn’t check in until 2:00 or 4:00 PM. I explained that I had already spoken with someone who checked us in, and after looking further, they were able to locate our reservation. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the room key cards. When we first got to our room, none of our three key cards worked right away, and it took several minutes and multiple attempts before we could get in. The following day, after a long day at Disney, we were looking forward to relaxing, but we ran into the exact same problem. I also noticed several other guests experiencing the same issue. It was very inconvenient to have to return to the front desk, wait in line behind other guests with the same problem, get the cards reset, and then still spend a few more minutes trying to get the door to unlock. The room itself appeared clean overall. However, the carpet had a few noticeable red stains, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, and the shower faucet leaked unless it was closed with quite a bit of force. Despite these issues, we still had a relaxing stay.

Breakfast was below average to average. The bathrooms are not well maintained. The proximity to Disneyland is a plus. The layout of the hotel is a bit unusual. One has to walk far from lobby to your room if it happens to be on the adjoining building. Overall it wasn’t bad but it would be nice for the above items to be addressed.

The location was good and the breakfast was decent. Their room key system was down our entire stay and they only had one person to open all the rooms for the guests. The beds were uncomfortable. I was also charged a random charge of $30 three days after my stay that I will be calling about.

Quick access to Disneyland and other local businesses

Not bad. Great location to Disneyland but definitely could use some updates. I booked this one accidentally thinking it was the Staybridge up the street. I was pleased with a closer location, but the one up the street is much more new and updated.
