The reason we chose this hotel is that they advertise walk-in showers coming with every room. Only the accessible (handicapped) rooms are listed with both a walk-in shower and a handicapped-equipped bathtub with two sets of grab bars on their website and the Expedia site. So we booked a regular room and upon arrival found an outdated bathroom with a regular bathtub (no grab bars). When contacting the staff who could clearly see my mobility issues, we were told the showers are only available in some accessible/handicapped rooms and have to be requested in advance (and, of course, those were all booked already for the duration of our two-night stay. Needless to say, the manager was nowhere to be found. To add insult to injury, their AI hospitality agent contacted us right after check-in, and upon getting a low rating and an explanation of the issue, informed us it needs to take care of another guest, never to be heard from again. The only one who came to check in on us during the stay was a pretty large spider next to the toilet.

What a great beautiful property with a lovely restaurant with great food and a nice bar.
-
Great wonderful stay will stay here again
-
All of the staff, from the front desk clerks at check in to the housekeeping staff, to the servers at the restaurant were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
-
Minimal room. Clean staff was friendly. On site restaurant was excellent

I like this hotel have been staying here for years

Hotel staff was great, engaging and efficient. Restaurant staff excellent, so friendly and food was great. Room-carpet extremely dirty, beds torn up underneath, mattresses in need of replacement. Making morning coffee, two small roaches ran across the desk area, room should be checked and treated as needed. Overall rooms very outdated. Grounds are nice. Plenty of parking and pet friendly.

Excellent place to stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, large room.
-
Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. The air conditioner is annoying because thecvrnts are not adjustable. The cold air blows right into you face.

We stayed here for the second time because we wanted to eat at the restaurant again. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Beautiful property. I hesitate to go on about all of the positives because i don't want prices to go up! I plan to stay here many more times.

A great spot. Didn’t know it even existed. Had a lot of fun with my little kid in the pool. It’s clean and an interesting bit of architecture.

Nice place very restful

This was a very comfortable spot and a great stay, even if we only stayed one night while on a road trip. The room was very comfortable (though the pillows were weirdly small? Like half sized pillows?). The property is very pretty and the hot tub was nice to use. I liked sitting out on the patio at night - it was cozy.

The shower/bath fixtures were hard to figure out. Pulling down on the bathtub spigot was not familiar.
-
It was beautiful, and well kept. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Everything and everyone at this property were 5 Star wonderful. It is a beautiful, clean and updated property with comfortable beds, well appointed rooms. The layout of the property is aesthetically pleasing and it is easy to get in and out of the room. Employees were friendly and accommodating from the start, food at the restaurant was excellent. We are planning to stay again. Very impressed! Easy stay with dogs too. A+++++

Woodside restaurant had excellent service and food. Lovely landscaping is being updated, swimming pool. Lawn area at back of the spa is beautiful, right on the river and excellent for exercising your dog.
