We stayed here for the 2026 track meet. Staff was very helpful and cordial. Even though it was busy we had a really good experience.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood was very nice and clean. Would stay here again.

The only concerns, is when we checked in, the girl was very soft spoken and I had to ask her to repeat things a few times. She seemed very robotic and not really engaging. Had a tough time finding the stairs as well. I have issues with vertigo and taking the elevator can cause dizziness, so would have liked to had the stairs visible from the front check in area. Breakfast was good. My son waited quite a long time for pancakes though, about 20 minutes and then they were a little sloppy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and all of the accommodations and amentias available. We would stay here again in the future versus downtown Des Moines. The area has a lot to offer and seems pretty quant.

The hotel was pretty busy. The food was pretty much gone at 9:30. It did take a bit to get it replenished. That wasn’t a make or break deal for us. Saturday’s breakfast was good.

The staff here are amazing, the breakfast is a huge selection, way more variety than I have ever seen, theres a pool table and lounge with bartender and bar, the pool is nice and warm. Rooms are clean and well stocked, the bed felt like a cloud of comfort after a day of excitement on the town. Kid friendly, lots of families aside from ours stayed here as well. The address is a little tricky sometimes but thats to be expected with a newer development. Nothing negative to say otherwise!

Location was particularly appealing because of the walking access to shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast had something for everyone and the staff was extremely attentive. What more could you ask?

Rooms are large and clean, parking was limited but they had softball and lacrosse teams. I didn’t eat the breakfast because it was out of quite a few things. I would stay again, but at a much lower room rate. I believe the rate was inflated due to the Luke Combs concert in Ames.

Clean room. Bed was good. Nice, quiet location near restaurants, small shops, etc. would certainly recommend to a friend!
