Overall experience was excellent My only area of concern was my card key not working

Nothing other than the 50 dollar deposit we had to post.

Need better signage to the lobby. It's past the Mexican restaurant and I rode around several times before finding it. The nearby hotel on the right was scary. But felt safe on the property.

Friendly people. Noisy traffic. Lot of traffic. But busy area.

Nothing I paid for a king room and got two queens even though I was charged for a king. No one in lobby to check out. No breakfast served although it says from 6-9 am. Place is falling apart. Very sketchy surprised I didn’t see any prostitutes or homeless walking around. Terrible. Just terrible.

Oris and Shoyab provided outstanding customer service. The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. Our stay was excellent, their attentive service really made the difference.

Newly remodeled rooms where absolutely amazing and I had a peaceful stay most definitely Absolutely nothing

The room was very clean, the beds were honestly the best beds I've ever slept in at ANY hotel by far! If I had an issue at all it would be the breakfast. They had cold cereal, and I'm just not a cereal person. But everything was great. Rooms are quiet and clean

Nothing at all The deposit is $100 not $50 like the website states. It is also a cash deposit not on a card. They will not budge on it even when you show them that the website says 50/card. Very rude very unhelpful and had a poor attitude the entire time.
