First time staying at a Candlewood Suites. Associate that checked me in was very polite; asked if I wanted a lower or upper room. In the room, I like that they had a kitchen area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay at a Candlewood Suites again.

Kim was exceptionally helpful! She got me a room at the adjoining property, the Holiday Inn Express as there were no rooms here for my length of stay. I never actually stayed here

Great staff / great location for working in Apex area. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Would have like a bit more selection in the convenience store, perhaps with beer or wine selection
