Great stay! Can’t wait to go back again!

Great location, staff, views. TVs were not smart TVs so you’re stuck with the old school scrolling unless you brought an HDMI cable. We booked two rooms but they didn’t not put them by each other. Thankfully the staff did their best but it took half an hour to get it sorted out

Wow! One of the most amazing experiences i've ever had. We went for the World Cup and came early in the morning for the game thinking we would just have to store our bags and check in later - not only did our room get upgraded to PH on my birthday but it was ready upon check in before the game. The room/stay was truly fantastic. The location was prime for game day. The staff were so kind and helpful. One of the best days!! A small thing, but a few times before the games the TVs outside were on the wrong channel (the World Cup games switch between Fox and FS1 depending on the game throughout the day). When we notified them, it seemed like an issue to just change the channel to the correct channel (especially at the oustide pool area). A couple times the game would switch to the right channel a few minutes before the match, or one time it was 10 min after a match started, which was kind of disappointing.

The only issue we encountered was that our room was warmer than expected because the air conditioning did not cool the room adequately. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Compared to the other Loews property across the street, this one just seemed slightly less great on maintenance. The shower pressure was low and the toilet flushing was tricky in our room. Everything else was truly excellent.

Friendly and well-trained staff, clean, comfortable, great bar. This is a perfect hotel if you’re coming in for a baseball or football game. Location next to Texas Live! Is a major plus. Can’t say enough good things.
