I had old food and no towels when I checked into my room.

Cleanliness Food

It close to the global life field. Gas station and restaurants The freezer needed to be defrost it was leaking water

There were a lot of insects on the floor. I found a dead cockroach in my room. I requested to change my room but the guy at the reception answered it like this is not a matter at all. The stay was like hell!

The room was clean False advertising, they lied about having breakfast, and I chose this one over another ones because of breakfast. The swimming pool is also out of business. It is filled up with gravel or sand. The hotel is an a noisy place and you can hear all types of noises coming from inside the room itself too

Nothing. False advertisement Everything. Smelled like enclosed area. Pool was covered in cement. No breakfast as advertised. And train stops in front of area and have to drive 4 miles to get across. Poor location

Staff was amazing and the pool was beautiful

No amenities. Run down. Very loud. Didn't get the rooms I booked through Expedia.

Was supposed to be smoking room get here and they say they don't offer that after specifically stating smoking room upon check in for to room mold in bathroom holes in bedding and stains on towels

Roaches, no fart fan in the br, uncomfortable bed. Stuff like that

I want to mention the microwave was dirty and needs cleaning. And the bed is really hard maybe a pillow top would work.

I was in the ground floor and upstairs was a lot of noise like people pulling things walking day and night wanted to rest but couldnt even a day And noise from the trains yooo it was bad experience i would not even refer anyone there

No question, just coffee, I'm p*****. I'll never stay there again. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The microwave, burnt my popcorn that I took with me. It was too far from the office to get breakfast.Which they didn't even furnish breakfast, which I got really p***** about. I feel like they owe me a refund. It sucked it sucked

Room smelled strongly of smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. Microwave was dirty and there was items left in the fridge from a previous guest.

This place is roach infested. Didn’t like the value these ppl put into their property
