We had a great stay. Room was very clean. Restaurant incredible.
-
Confortable room, healthy breakfast options, in a convenient location.

We arrived at 930pm and even though there were 3 employees at the check in desk only one was checking people in and no one acknowledging our presence. The restaurant on site was closed already AND the room service was also closed. I was informed there’s also no free water in the rooms. Get to our floor and met with urine smell in the hallway! Gross! We get settled in to our room and I realize they put us in the wrong accommodation. We were supposed to have a disability room with a bathtub. However when I call down to inform them i have the wrong room-the man says he will call me back (which took almost an hour) and when they called back they blamed Expedia saying it only tells them a room with accommodations but not whether it’s a tub vs shower room. If that’s the case why wouldn’t you check at check-in?? While the hotel lobby is beautiful the room was dimly lit even with every light turned on; the bathroom had hooks on the wall that were poorly repaired/patched and wobbly. The sealant around the shower was incredibly messy and covered in that pink mold. The curtains are too short for the shower and water went ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR. The floor is not leveled toward the drain… the towels are super small. I’m a big human so I’m used to standard towels being too small to fully wrap but these were ridiculously too small. And only 2?? Also the lamp next to the bed has ports to charge your phone-both broken/didnt provide charge. Shuttle overpacked-dangerous/rude driver.

We were impressed with the sophisticated look and feel of the hotel. Not opulent, just modern style and class. We will definitely keep the Renaissance in mind when we travel to the area !

Parking Is Either Valet Or Metered In This Area, There's Absolutely No Free Parking. Other Than That It's A Great Hotel

Great overall experience from price, value, check in, stay, room/hotel cleanliness, great amenities, great location near public transportation, food and shopping, friendly staff. I love Renaissance hotels. Thank you.

Parking prices are extreme

My only complaint involves spotty internet service. Had to stand outside to get consistent service so I could order an Uber. Plus, I had trouble finding plugs that would charge my cell phone. Other than that, I truly liked the hotel. The restaurant had delicious food.

Superb

The staff was friendly, it was in a pretty good location. He had to pay $49 a day for parking. Also, I cleaned the floors up upon arrival in the bathroom in the walkway and they were dirty.

Loved the coffee shop! Also, the parking garage being accessible by elevator was very convenient. No complaints, very beautiful.

This is a beautiful hotel; however, we had 5 adults and though it said it could accommodate us in one room, it is better suited for individuals, couples, or small families. We appreciated the location and shuttle to the airport--the reason we chose it! The 2-room description was a little confusing because we thought it was 2 bedrooms. It was not--2 people had to sleep on the couch sofa, and one on a rollaway -- and we only had one bathroom. We probably would've chosen a different hotel had we known that, but definitely would stay with fewer people.
