Nice, modernly simplistic which I think is what a lot of properties are going for now. Room nice good space, places to sit and places to your stuff. staff friendly and pleasant. Bfast was good and waitstaff all nice and helpful and accomodating. Ok so I had a cpu issues. One not really hotels fault but the differ to whomever owns the parking garage. ! it is very tight and narrow! 2 I got hit in the parking lot and the hotel pushed me to a company that supposedly owns the lot but you get an email and no one ever replies. I was parked in a corner spot all the way to the back almost virtually impossible to have backed into me in that location but someone managed. This is strange to me but they didn't have those small plastic bags for laundry which I found strange. Oddly I forgot to pack my laundry bag, but don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel room that didn't have those hanging from the hangers! not huge but strange. The toilet paper mount in my room was broken! The toilet sat way too close to the wall and was super low to the ground. I'm 6'5 and it was very low. certainly not an ada compliant toilet but again not a major issue just a annoyance more than anything. the sink wasn't clean. all not super major issues but a bunch of small little issues.

Hotel was very clean - from entry way to elevators to hallway to room. The hotel was very busy based on elevator traffic, but didn't hear a peep from other guests. Great location in the middle of downtown. REALLY appreciate the self park - and unlimited in and out access. Plus the parking is mostly reserved for guests so you don't have to worry about finding a spot! Front desk very kind.

Excellent location in the heart of Asheville. The rooftop restaurant and bar is lovely. Nice breakfast offerings. Rooms are kinda bland but clean and serviceable.

Great experience! We celebrated our 44th Anniversary in Asheville and the hotel staff was amazing! Offered great advice on things to do and enhanced our trip with sweet tokens to make it even more memorable and special!! Breakfast was delicious and everyone was so happy!! Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel!!

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff and smooth check-in. Great location and overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast offered both a buffet and plenty of à la carte options. The ingredients were fresh and the quality was very good.
