Attractive facilities, especially the common room where the happy hour and breakfast was served. Very clean and breakfast was beautifully presented. Only negative is that the "hot" foods were not hot at all, and the only meat items available were turkey bacon (not good at all) and turkey sausage (only slightly better, but still . . .).

This hotel is amazing, the location is great. It's close to everything and the breakfast is delicious I tried chobani yogurt for the first time and loved it and the views from this hotel is amazing as well. They have a nice size pool with views, and the roof top hangout area, the lounge area is perfect for big parties and work if needed. There's a cute outdoor area with a fire pit and waterfall, great aesthetics and this hotel is very clean. I traveled with my dog so dogs an allowed and they have a gated dog park super cute my dog loved it. One of my favorite things is the shuttle that takes you into the city to different locations Bill is so knowledgeable about Asheville he gave the best tips. I will be back when I visit Asheville. N/A

A very nice hotel with cozy rooms and amazing view, located in downtown Aseville. Only 5-10 mins driving to tourists attractions, restaurants and shops.

Modern facility, overall look, parking garage, facility extras The breakfast very disappointing-it was processed food and not good. The parking fee was extra and not included. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I stayed at the one in Ft. Smith, Arkansas which was excellent and it built my expectations for this one. Very disappointing. I have no plans to ever stay again.

Great location, very clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff. We loved being close to downtown Asheville. Nothing significant. Our stay was enjoyable and met our expectations.

I asked for coffee at the front desk 2 days in a row bc I was out in my room. They had nonr and said they wpuld send it to my room- they never did. So I went to the breakfast area to fet coffee and iy was. old. Thats a big negative for me.
