Quick trip / nice accommodation. Great staff!
-
Room assigned had foul odor Found suitable room on side facing away from traffic after 3 tries.

This place was not what we expected from the description on Expedia.

Nice place for the money and room has a full kitchen with stove. My family enjoyed stay here.

We booked our room last minute. We got checked in which was super easy. Our room was decently clean but there was no shampoo/conditioner/ body wash or even hand soap. I walked back down to the lobby and she handed me everything I needed. The tv never worked. It kept saying no signal. I tried to call down to the desk and no answer. I tried calling the after hour number provided and no answer. I walked back down to the lobby and the roll top was pulled down so I couldnt talk to anyone. Then on the way back up to my room the key cards would not work. Good thing I left my husband in the room because he had to come get me. Overall the stay wasn't bad. Room was decently clean but I wouldn't choose to go back there.

The sheets on some of the pillows were dirty and the whole place smelled of cigarettes and weed even though they claim it’s non smoking. Definitely wouldn’t return.

This Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff working was excellent and were very friendly my whole stay. Something to note is you will need your key card to even get in the front door when you are first checking in they will have to buzz you in or there is a phone for you to call to the front. I overall enjoyed my stay and would revisit.

The location was good and it was the room was clean When I arrive had to wait for 7 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and I asked to check in a little earlier the lady tells me no without even checking then I asked to use the restroom and she tells me no cause they don’t have a public bathroom. So I came back at 10pm to check in and again there is no one at the front desk, had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to check me in. The room didn’t have no shampoos and only two towels. It was super noisy with loud music and some beat across from my room. The staff were not helpful at all. Not staying there again.

Where to start? Realized we had no shower curtain at 7:00 am. Reception was closed until 9:00. Tried calling on phone provided; message said there was no voicemail box so don’t bother. Hallways smelled absolutely horrible; elevator smelled like wet dog. Loud party across the hall at 2:00 am and paper thin doors/walls. Of course nobody around to stop it. Fire alarm went off and whole fire dept came because carpet cleaner set fire to hallway due to faulty wiring. Truly the bottom of the barrel. Even Motel 6 would be better option, which is not saying much.

Let’s start by saying the staff are really nice. But the halls smelled like dog pee all the time, the place also smelled of pot. And I was there for a little over a month and never had my room cleaned once. Also the person above me was so loud at all hours of the night. So sleep was not great. I even told the staff and she was talked to but that didn’t help her to stop.

The price and it was very very clean N/A

Location and price, nice room. Requested a room by the elevator due to being handicapped with walking and we were in the second to last unit down all the way down the hallway in unit 305 on 3rd floor. I called twice about this prior and was assured I would be accommodated some way. I also mentioned it on check in to. No one ever came to clean our room or give us fresh towels. That was very disappointing. And the cleaning people were right in our hallway with the carts and we're working their way up towards us and we left and came back with the cart still there yet no one came. We also heard through our wall against the headboard fighting and things being thrown at the wall very late at night. It was some kind of domestic violence that was going on we almost called the police. They were in room 303. So there was that as well. It eventually calmed down because one of them left.

Our room didn't have any tissues, or cups for water, etc. Only one wash cloth and bath towel, no hand towels. Dogs barking, the bathroom in the main lobby smelled of urine. We were not comfortable not having anyone on site after 10pm in case we needed anything. Would not recommend or stay here again, no matter the price.

Only towels in room was two large bath towel, two wash clothes and no hand towels. Also the tv had “no signal” so couldn’t watch anything. The one staff that was there tried to help but was useless. They still charged me full price for room. 😡😡😡

My rooms was not ready, wasnt clean

1. First room i was given was never cleaned 2. 2nd room - toilet is broken. No water in tank. I tell them, the lady comes up w a bucket fills the tank flushes it, says i wont have the problem again. Guess what, i had the problem again. Problem is the tank isnt filling with water! 3. My shower ran out of hot water last night 5 min into shower. Ran out this morning as well. 4. My key didnt work last night for the front door. One staffers response, use another door. Seriously? I was given a 2nd key that worked, by another staff member 5. Room had NO hand towels, no kitchenware. Its a suite! *** you may ask why**** This hotel is run more like low income housing, than a hotel. The family above me was running and screaming banging all night last night and this morning. It was so loud my dog startled. Wtf!

The staff kept one of our party guests waiting for 2 hrs at the front desk before determining that the room was overbook and not available to us, and they did not make an effort to find a replacement option for us and him.
-
Roaches in the room. Stains on the walls, cigarette burn stains in the toilet and bathroom sink and the bedding had not charged. Most dissatisfied with the staff, they were rude and condensing until they found I some English then they changed their tone
-
Not clean l, bad odor and cockroaches had to leave Not clean and cockroaches had to leave property and find new place to stay at 11pm. I asked for a refund.

the bed slept comfortable and the room size was adequate. upon arrival there was some disruptive situation going on outside, which continued the checking in process to be delayed, seeing that the desk attendant was outside trying to deescalate the situation, which resulted in the police coming! the lobby table was dirty, so had to ask for something to clean it with, which was a process! room was satisfactory, yet had no soap, tissues, and shampoo products! the location was a challenge for me personally being beside the highway which was active all night long! the redeeming factor to the stay was that Bass Pro was next door and it offered options for shopping, bathroom with soap, and a restaurant!
