Book another hotel! The hotel staff was okay but housekeeping was terrible. I asked serval times to pick up dirty towels and trash from my room. It was done on my third day there ONCE I decided to place them in my hallway by the door … shaking my head. Do better! Won’t book again.

The hotel doesn't look that good on the outside but it's very surprising well maintained on the inside. I was very happy I chose this hotel, I will be coming back for another visit.

The room where very clean ,the bed was amazing ….the staffs them was friendly and helpful .the breakfast was nice

First room was not clean and had little bugs like beatles and I had to get a new room. Charged me a deposit that I still haven’t gotten back and it’s been a week. The staff were nice and I don’t know if I would stay there again. They are pet friendly so the rooms sometimes have a pet odor.

The elevators need to be serviced. Got stuck on the elevator a few times during our stay. The shower door would not stay closed. Micah provided an amazing experience while checking in. He was kind and accommodating.

LOVED IT!! The front desk got us checked in with ease and zero issues. The bar area is TOP NOTCH. The manager of the bar was super cool. Great food, drinks..top notch all around!

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Staff were great very helpful.

Room was not very clean. A lot of things have just not been maintained like the toilet did not work and made a loud noise. I called five hours early while we were driving there to check in early and they told me it was OK at the as soon as we got there, they wouldn’t let us do it. The front staff was very rude.

Kenny at the front desk was amazing. The beds left us feeling itchy and the A/C kept blowing out warm air. No help from the night clerk at the front desk. I ended up checking out at 3am.
