Comfortable bed, a good variety of options for breakfast, great staff and very clean rooms

This hotel is very close to a local shopping mall and strip malls. Parking is additional cost. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast available. Complimentary afternoon snack and alcoholic beverage is a nice touch.

Everything was great except upon checking in the lady at the front desk told me she didn’t have a room ready for me even though I booked the reservation about 3 months ahead of time. After waiting a little while I went back up to ask her how much longer is it gonna be and she got an attitude and told me she don’t know. So overall we had to sit and wait a half of hour to get checked in.

The main reason for coming was for pool and relaxation staff was amazing breakfast was good very clean overall just disappointed pool was almost unbearable to swim in “ice cold” wasn’t made aware of warmer being broken until after booking… due to son’s condition he wasn’t able to get in at all we came for our birthdays it would’ve been nice to know

The drinks and daily breakfast were great options.

Hotel is okay, we had to move rooms due to what looks like termite/ mil drew/ Possibly mold absetos damage to the wet bar sink cabinets

The room had a bad odor at times. We call maintenance and the Guy came with an air freshener and just spayed the room. Apparently this happens all the time and this is their response.

The people were so wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Got to made to order omelets during our stay, perfect. The room was clean & comfortable. The pool was cold

Clean and great location They quit serving breakfast at 9:00 am so we did not get to enjoy breakfast. They were completely shut down and everything gone exactly at 9:00

Suzan did an amazing job at welcoming me and my partner to our suite she also upgraded our room free of charge. We enjoyed our stay here it was a 10/10 for this being our second time at this property.

Good and clean. Very helpful with any problems or concerns. Breakfast was great! I would definitely stay again. I wish the pool and hot tub were bigger. Also, I wish they didn't charge for parking.

Friendly staff, spacious room and love that it had a microwave. The pool was very cold. The kids enjoyed it but I wish it was warmer

The room had hair on the bathroom walls from the previous guest. Not in the shower. On the wall next to the sink and not a little either. There was trash from the previous guest under the bed. When we were checking out with a baby, a service dog and enough stuff for an 11 hour move we were told to move our car RUDELY from the awning so the shuttle could park up front which also didn’t leave and nobody was on when we left the property. Not impressed.
