Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Galleria/Cumberland

There was supposed to be a kitchen. There were no silverware, glasses trior pots! I booked this trip just so I could make Dinner. I feel like I was cheated out of My money!package specifically about

The pictures of the room misrepresented theirselves, very small room. The room smelled of mildew and old carpet. Staff were rude and took offense when we asked for fresh towels and linen. Housekeeping never came to clean room.

Nothing to do with Hotel itself. I called hotel.com n told them my job trip got cancelled n was no longer coming. So I called to move the date, I was told I would still be charged..so I hung up and took matters into my own hands where y’all would not get my money for no reason! So I FIX THE ISSUE MYSELF

The ceiling, bathroom, sofa, light fixtures, sofa bed, carpet were all dirty! The door appear to have been broken into and the carpet appears to have not been cleaned in 10 years!!

Room was filthy , digital keys and system did not work

The gate key was not working for a lot of the guest. Front desk has to use there key to open the gate. Rooms weren’t really clean stained sofas odd smell

Breakfast was extremely overcooked, had to wait in lobby sometimes for 10 minutes for people to come back from brining someone else to their room, etc. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

Staff was great but the building was awful. Hotel refunded partial amount to my hotels.com account.

At first glance it seemed ok… but we found holes in the wall, Our sink we stopped up, we were missing silverware from the kitchen along with other dishes. The house smelt like smoke and all of it was very suspect. So much so when I called to tell the front desk she stopped me and said mam, do you want a refund I said yes and she immediately tossed the key card away. Thankfully we were able to book another room at 11pm. Will not stay there ever

Clean room

The staff was awesome. The room was cool and I loved having breakfast, but the staff is what really made my stay awesome. They remembered my name, solved a couple minor issues I had, and did it all with a smile on their face. I only wish the location had a elevator or some type of lift device cause it was hard getting my suitcase up the stairs. Other than that, it was a a great stay!

Card kept not working had to go up to the front multiple times & it still wasn’t working properly overall not terrible but probably won’t book again.

Water pressure in the shower was horrible! But the room was comfortable and had plenty of room and a full size refrigerator which came in handy.

Customer service was poor

The room has an awful smell the dish washer was leaking water the suds were on the carpet . Roaches was in the bathroo, no towels and housekeeping rhe four days I stayed here . The staff was friendly and helpful but the property needs alot of upgrades . Very disappointed in this chain as I’ve stayed at other locations and it was superb .

Did not like the distance to the main office. Ubers and doordashers not able to drive in complex

Rooms were a bit dated but for us staying for an overnight trip this location was just fine for what we needed.

Stuff is friendly.

First i was supposed to have 2 double beds and only got one. The pull out couch was VERY uncomfortable. For 240 a night , and I stayed 2 nights.... i could have gotten much better lodgings. The staff was very nice .

Service was excellent. Staff response was expedient. First time staying here. I will definitely return. Thanks for your service and hospitality.
