Would not recommend staying here. There was massive amounts of construction happening all over the property most hours of the day. The pipes in the walls shook when you flushed the toilet or took a shower. The bed was made after a request was put in but they did not appear to chance the sheets. Night staff was not very hospitable or helpful.

The whole place is being gutted for renovations so it’s dusty and no amenities. The pictures on the website are I guess what they want it to look like but it’s not close now. The breakfast on the second day was I’m sure leftovers from the day before. I wouldn’t suggest booking this hotel for another year hopefully it will be finished

The room I stayed was very old and extremely dirty. I had to clean the toiletries shelves twice to get rid of the surface dirt and dust. The cloth hanging pole was also very dirty and had to clean before I used it. Bed sheet stain, luckily I brought disposable travel sheet. 2nd day I changed room course the refrigerator was ramping noises that disturbed my previous night sleep. Breakfast was good though with waffle machine. A note to add, the inn is under renovation and saw rooms were furnished with a 100% makeover. Hopefully, they renovate all the rooms. I picked this inn cost it’s inexpensive and near the marketplace where I attended the 5 days trade show there. If vacationing I would choose elsewhere unless I was assigned those fully renovated upgraded rooms. All the different shifts staffs were always friendly down to the breakfast staffs. Anyone making a reservation got to request newly renovated room in order to enjoy the stays.

The people at this hotel made it okay. When we stayed there they were in the middle of a renovation. The beautiful courtyard was not usable. Our room was old with chipped furniture, unreliable tv service, sagging mattresses, scuffs on the walls, etc. We loved the breakfast and the nice woman who kept it well stocked. The front desk staff were very helpful. I can imagine this would be a nice place to stay after the renovation is complete.

Hotel was being refurbished, but the room and breakfast was great, the dining area was spotless. That was down to Carol the extremely friendly cleaner. The Inn was being refurbished so that was the only downfall but one has to make allowances for that. The staff were polite, informative and friendly, they should be congratulated.

There were cockroaches crawling everywhere. It was disgusting and will never stay again.

Very Dirty! There was a 2 inch gap between the door outside and the floor. Ceiling was chipping away. Smelled, hair on the toilet, and bedding was dirty. It took a whole 15 minutes to check out and go to Wyndham. Pictures were very misleading online! Couldn’t get a refund…willing to take the loss due to safety

Hotel under construction. It will probably look nice but while you're there it's a very difficult hotel to pay a high cost for. Located by aquarium which is convenient.

The hotel was going through construction. There was construction debris all over. Room was not clean. There was significant amount of black fungus in the shower. We decided not to shower during our stay and ended up getting another hotel for one day for shower. There was no bath towel. Went downstairs and the gentleman in the counter provided me with some. The door did not lock automatically when you leave the room. Reported to the staff and they ended up moving us to another room. The second room had towel but black fungus persisted. The location was convenient (the reason we go the hotel). The breakfast was good. Wi-Fi connection was stable. Both rooms and bathroom was small and clumsy. Staff was friendly and professional. Interacted with three of them for various issues - they we all professional and courteous. They listened to the problem and made good effort to resolve them. The parking was cheaper than other hotels nearby.

Worst hotel

Very good

The hot breakfast that was available. The fact that the hotel is under construction and open for business is absurd. If it wasn't for the fact that nearby hotels were either sold out or triple the rate I would have found another means of lodging. The bathroom was very small- the room was dusty, one had to request the room to be serviced. There's alot of homelessness on the path to the hotel.

I couldn’t stay at the property because it was being completely gutted and on every floor the rooms was not to stay in because there was no furniture only ladders paint drop clothes everything a painter would need except the guess Unfortunately I had to leave the next morning do to a very bad flare up with asthma and a bad headache

Hurry up with the completion of construction. Toilet was not operable in my room. However I was able to move to another room.

That is was close to where I needed to go They didn't have the room I reserved. So I was given one with a double bed 1st room they gave me was disgusting where there was a used pair of socks on the floor as your walked in. It wasn't clean and even The towels weren't folded it was a gross mess. 2nd room they gave me the thermostat was not working. 3rd room they gave me was gross as well and the toilet never stopped running. Worst hotel I've been in years. The people who run it are Ghetto AF.

There was a roach in the room. Hotel is currently under renovation.

The hotel was under renovation but our room clearly had not been updated. None of the outlets in the bathroom worked, and only one worked in the actual room. The bathroom lights would flicker on and off while in the bathroom. The bed sheets/cover were definitely very stained making them look like they weren’t clean. Only one elevator worked and waiting on the elevator took an extensive amount of time. Had we needed to stay more than one night, we definitely would have spoken to the front desk about these issues.
