The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft but there were stains on the board of the bed . The bathroom vanity looked warped, cracked on the corners

Quiet

Very comfortable room. The bed was great. Everything was clean. And the rate was very reasonable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
-
The hotel is too close to the busy highway. So it's really noisy during the night.
-
The hotel has been fully renovated recently, and staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a McDonalds restaurant next to it and several restaurants within half a mile. This will be our go for hotel from now on.

The room smell like cigarettes, people was outside near the door filling the air with cigarette smoke, the woman who check us in was not very friendly, my room wasnt clean, it was trash on the sofa, bed wasn't clean, tissue paper felt wet, it was a very uncomfortable stay, toilet was not clean, i didn't want to touch anything.

Love this place!

Once the name changed the hotel went down hill. The customer service, in hotel restaurant, and amenities are the only things good about this hotel. The rooms are disgusting. From the bathroom and bedroom being poor maintenance and not properly cleaned. There is no way this hotel should be charging $90 and over for this treatment. This hotel is motel and Inn quality and be priced at that too. Bring disinfectant spray.

I stayed at this hotel on 9th floor with a great view! When I arrived, the front desk immediately got me checked in! The person was very friendly and helpful. She gave me all the local details and explain about the free breakfast in the morning! Once I got to the room, we had 2 queen beds on the top floor, no noise, great view, and we could not have ask for more cleaner room. The room and hallways was fresh and did not see any bugs what so ever! A great stay for the Can Can Event on Friday night!

Nice room

The location to the Shepherd Center was good. The staff was excellent. The room was very clean and the extras like water was nice too have. Breakfast was slim on choices. Thee was no choice of yogurt or fresh fruit.
-
Interstate side of hotel is very very very noisy. Asked to be moved and they happily accommodated us

Clean environment

The hotel is very old and looks it. The elevators and hallway smelled strongly of mildew and weed the entire trip. The furniture and fixtures in the room were very outdated. The bathrooms are very outdated. Plenty of free parking and a great free breakfast were the only thing to redeem this stay. I'm glad I wasn't with my family for this trip, I would not have felt safe with children here.

The stay was perfect. Clean room and amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The price for the stay was more than worth it!
