Very clean, nice, hotel. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the lobby bar was extremely expensive for drinks. I guess that is to be expected for a higher end property.

I love this hotel a lot....with great view from my window...The best location for shopping 🛍 .The most positive, friendly and happy stuff....Thank you for the greatest experience in my life... I will be back soon.❤️

Everything was awesome. My first time at the Westin and it will not be my last time.

Great hotel and with a convenient location.

The room was advertised as queen size beds, but we measured them and they were full size. We called and asked and they said thats what they call queens. They were 54”x 75” NOT 60” x80” There was a big stain on the carpet next to one of the beds, crusted and brown. And the POOL WAS DISGUSTING. Murky, couldn’t see the bottom, and there was a giant chunk of someone’s curly black hair floating near the surface. Also my eyes were burning just walking into the pool area. We stayed over the weekend and the restaurant was closed for breakfast. Only a little store was open on the bottom store selling overpriced coffee. There is no seating near the main entrance, where we waited for ubers, (my mom is 76 and could have used a chair). The staff was friendly, but didn’t do anything about moving us to a room with bigger beds. Oh and the TV didn’t work. Very disappointing for what I expected to be a luxury hotel. And we thought about renting a car, as ubering around cost us about the same and what a rental would have been, glad we didn’t because there was a $65 a day charge for overnight parking! Truly awful experience.

Great price for the room and accommodations. Thought it came with breakfast, but it turns out it didn't. Parking is expensive. Very nice area.

Nice, clean hotel. Restaurant is expensive but food is great. I would have left a better review if it was listed that you have to pay for parking to be a guest at the hotel. Didn't know until I received something from the hotel the day before my stay when it was too late to change.

Will stay here again for sure.

Upon arrival, valet parking was a breeze. Check in only took mins. Property was very clean and surplus of amenities to enjoy. Every staff member was very helpful and kind. We also felt safe at this property. This will be our go to destination to stay when in the Atlanta area!

Amazing staff

Service for checking in was wonderful, very professional. The hotel room was great as well

This was a beautiful location with helpful staff.
-
Great location. Nice hotel. But they badly need a concierge. Couldn't get any recommendations for restaurants etc. I was told we could take a shuttle to nearby destinations but both times I tried the shuttle wasn't working - was told the driver was off. Need more consistency for this price hotel.
-
Great hotel in Buckhead (more corporate area IMO) area. Would definitely stay there again.
-
Our first room assigned was very dirty and needed some maintenance work. One call to the front desk and we were immediately moved to another room. Customer service was exceptional. Rest of the stay was wonderful. It’s in a great area.

Passable

The room was great, the bed was comfortable. For most of our stay the hallway outside our room on floor 10 had a really strong marijuana odor. Also the parking fee is egregious. $65 per day so be aware of that. Also the pool area was foul. For almost $400 per night after all the fees I expected better from a Marriott Westin property. Staff was super helpful though, couldn’t say enough nice things about them.
