They were doing a lot of work switching it over to La Quinta. So some spots like the gym weren’t accessible as they cleaned and put in new paint, etc. By the time I checked out they’d done an AMAZING job cleaning up and upgrading things!!!! I’d recommend for sure

Extended my stay and when I went to front desk to check out and check back in. They never took the deposit back after putting it on my card and I didn’t know. And they told me I would have to give them a new deposit of 100 dollars. Although the mistake was in their end forcing me to check out and leave. Never will stay here again. Times too hard to be makin mistakes like that and not accepting accountability

The room was nice, and most things in it worked. The shower didn't have a door on it, and the staff didnt change our sheets when we requested. The pool was empty, but I booked the place for the pool. The continental breakfast was old bread and bagels in plastic bags with no jelly or condiments to put on it. I aslo booked because it had breakfast. I was pretty dissappointed. Probably would not stay here again

The AC made really loud noises when it would cool the room so it was hard to sleep. We resulted in going out to buy a fan so we could turn off the AC fan. The bathroom sink did not work properly- only the hot water stream worked. The cold water was a very tiny stream and did not come out more than that. The hotel breakfast was also very disappointing. Wish there would’ve been more variety other than bagels and cereal. The bagels didn’t even have cream cheese or butter options. Other than those issues, our stay was pleasant for the 3 nights we stayed. The cleaning staff were kind and always restocked our towels!

The lobby was being torn apart. The breakfast was minimal. We were on the 4th floor and 90% of the time elevator did not work. Also elevator was locked for use between 11pm and 6am. I’m sure that is not abiding by local safety protocols

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The lobby area was a mess, due to renovations. We should have been told ahead of time about the renovations. The pool was off limits and undergoing repairs, so that was a big disappointment. One of the reasons I went with this motel rather than another was the pool option. The breakfast was continental, whereas the website AI chat indicated that it was a full breakfast. Here again, full breakfast was one of the reasons why we went with this motel rather than another. The elevator did not work smoothly (stopped at every floor even though no one was calling for it on that floor). Also, the elevator floor was often dirty, with spilled food for hours. Overall, a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Nothing 1. Under renovations (no one mentioned that). I booked to use the gym and there was no gym. 2. I spoke to front desk and he was on the phone when I address my concern. He argued with me that no guest should book a hotel for the gym only. 3. Dirty. Full of dust. You can see the workers doing their thing with construction stuff laying around. 4. You only receive 2 towels. 5. No house keeping the first day. 6. Pool area is a mess 7. Elevator stopped in all floors every time. 8. No hair dryer 9. Bad AC 10. Sketchy people

No amenities. Pool, no gym, no breakfast, walls was falling down, a lot of exposed rooms that needed work. Dangerous tools every where exposed to guest. Bathrooms outside of rooms were not available. Tile falling. Elevator does not work property. Etc…

The would refund my money

Both attendants assigned. He told me his manager told him to turn the elevator off . My service was not rendered and I am requesting to be compensated.

Breakfast us so poor, honestly i don't care but if you're a person what you expect a good breakfast considered to go outside or rent another hotel

They are remodeling the hotel and no knowing that I feel like is not fair for the price, 1st floor was not finished, gym was closed,pool was closed,the elevator would take forever and the included breakfast was a joke they only had bagels,toast,butter 2 different cereal that taste really old, milk and coffee ….one of the reasons we stay there was for the breakfast since my son had soccer games really early for that weekend and I was really disappointed.

Bathroom was nice and updated. The free breakfast was pathetic. The elevator is very slow to arrive to the floor after pushing the button.

The room was clean, our air conditioner was super noisy. The buffet breakfast was actually bagels and two slices of toast put in ziploc bags. There was only two cereals offered beside it as the entire breakfast. The staff were pleasant and friendly. But the remainder of our stay I had to worry about not breathing due to the construction debris.
