Room was spacious, clean, and updated nicely; and the food at Augustino's was a delight! Staff was super friendly and helpful, however they definitely need a bigger team. This is no fault of theirs, of course, but some services like valet, bell hop, and the kitchen during lunchtime were delayed due to having only 1-2 people on duty. With this being a convention center, there's always going to be a larger crowd of guests. Corporate needs to hire more staff to support these kind, hardworking people.

We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, particularly the front desk team. The valet staff were also highly attentive and proactive, consistently anticipating my needs without requiring any direction or questions from me.

Bed Pillows were uncomfortable. No lotion in bathroom. No breakfast included with room fee.

There was hair all over the floors in my room. No one swept the floor. There was hair in the bathroom. Very disgusted. I had to step on towels cause it was not it

The mirror in the bathroom said help me when it steamed up from the shower. It was creepy. Room service never came to switch towels or anything while we were there.

Location is great if you’re looking for the River Walk and some cool restaurants. Poor housekeeping. My guess is that they are understaffed.

Rooms are dated. The shower head is low ever for a short peron. The room needed to be dusted under the bed.
