Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.

When we checked in, we were mistakenly given someone else’s room key. My husband and I walked into an occupied room… we had to walk back down to tell staff about the mistake. We aren’t very happy about it. The staff on duty didn’t really seem apologetic about it, which we don’t appreciate.

This is my first experience with an extended staying and it was wonderful. The staff is amazing and friendly. The room is very clean and organized for easy access to essentials for long-term stays. Towels, sheets are clean, and you notice it's been cleaned with fresh smelling affect.👌My room was a 1 bed with recliner. The recliner is very comfortable. The bed has a blanket that is very comfy and keeps you warm in the recliner. The room has a welcoming warm, home feeling with accents of modernity. All in all definitely would stay again.

The room was clean. The full fridge was much appreciated. The AC in my room was a little tricky. I will say, several comments I read beforehand did mention the AC as an awareness. The room served the overall purpose.

The place nice and clean . It was a late check-in but the hotel is really nice. Brief contact with staff ,it was pleasant.. All and all very nice hotel. I would recommend it.
