My refrigerator won’t work. My stuff in there were spoiled. It took them two days to change it. Floor had dog hair but it was cleaned after I notified the office.

Avoid if possible, staff not friendly at all they nickel and dime you for everything.

Pretty sad when the staff acts like it’s your privilege to stay with them and that you are the one that needs to serve them instead of the way it’s supposed to be. This is a nickel and dime you to death stay kinda place. Laundry is $8 a load. They don’t clean everyday or even every other day. Had medical appointments in Denver and was going to be there for a long time and couldn’t afford a regular hotel for that long. This place takes advantage of people and it’s disgusting, they could and should do better. Avoid if possible.

My towels had stains on them and my tub wouldn’t drain.

Lots of drama in the hotel arguing couples cops present. Alarm went off middle of night was told by staff this happens all the time and dont know why.This all happened over two days.

Dirty and unsafe, the girl at the desk didnt care at aĺl, why work there if you dont want to work there?
