Clean room and safe place!
-
Room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast is a real perk. The only issue we had was that the room runs a little warm in mid afternoon even with air turned down low. We have visited this establishment at least 4 times now and will return again.

All good

Pool was freezing. Room service was sketchy. We ordered food waited an hour, they called to tell us the food was lost. Waited another hour and the food was cold

It had been 2 years since we had stayed at this property and it was not as nice in 2026. We rented 2 rooms for 3 adults for a total of 4 nights. Rooms are to be “refreshed” each day with new towels. Our 2 rooms were skipped and not refreshed for 2 of the days we stayed there. After being gone all day, we had to chase down someone from housekeeping to exchange our towels. Shower head was loose in 1 of the rooms. There was a loud event/party our 2nd night there with extremely loud music that did not end until after midnight. Could not sleep and neither could other guests on our floor we found out later. Breakfast was extremely limited with little variety. Before staying in Aurora, we spent 1 night in Hays, Kansas at a Holiday Inn Express. Night and day difference. Hays was super clean, excellent breakfast with good variety and super front desk staff. Hays was a super excellent stay. Very disappointed Aurora had so many problems. Definitely will not stay there in the future.

Hotel is in a more run down part of town. If considering for airport travel, I would not recommend.

Staff was really helpful, very polite as well. Bathroom was ‘updated’, however the shower head/pipe was loose in the wall, which made adjusting it very difficult. Also the electrical setup for light switches and lights was confusing.

I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfasts are terrific, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to Anschutz Medical Center for people that have someone in the hospital. Even though I didn’t have a pet with me this time, I appreciate that they allow pets. 🐕. If there is a negative, it’s that parking is a little tight, especially handicap parking.
-
Only issue I had was the amount of smokers. I wish the smoking section was on the side of the building.

Was a fine stay, nothing special but clean and we'll maintained.

We checked in on short notice and they were slammed (concert in town) and I was very impressed with the professionalism they displayed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all I would stay again!
-
Located in a horrible part of town. It is not on the children's hospital campus as stated. We didnt even make it to our reservation as a family emergency came up and they would not provide a refund. Manager simply denied it. Hotels.com will not do anything for us either. They have now lost a loyal customer for many years. I'm sure they don't care, but it makes me feel better!

Maids want to bang on the door from 1040-1115 to make sure you’re packing up … Tv stations Horrible Half the plugs and worked in our room .

Our room was right next to an external door. Every time the door opened and closed it made a very loud noise that woke me up. It went till two in the morning and started again at six in the morning.
