ARRIVE Austin

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. My one criticism of the hotel is the very loud DJ music coming from Lefty's which was located just below our room. I believe Lefty's is an extention of hotel. The music didn't stop until midnight.

The photos of the room online do not do the space justice, the studio was HUGE. The bed was comfy. I stayed in room 418 and it was lovely and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful

We were schedule to stay two nights but had to check out that next morning and find a quieter place. The front desk apologized but would not remove the next day charges as we had "committed" to two nights. We won't be back and won't recommend this hotel to our worst enemy. I think her purposely put us in one of the loudest rooms. We felt not wanted at ARRIVE.

Clean spacious rooms. Super responsive and friendly staff. Great location.

Nice spacious room. Very “young” feel to the hotel and more generally for the location with fun bars and restaurants across the street or one block away. Music was a bit booming especially since I am an early sleeper. If that’s an issue better to ask for a room at the back. I put a pillow over my head and was fine.

Location was within walking distance of food, clean, good atmosphere with good decor. Valet seemed to be the only option, was not aware of the nightly charge before arriving.

Modern - clean - friendly- great location- not loud despite location on 6th street

Service was absolutely terrible. There’s not even a phone in the room. You have to go down to the lobby for everything and majority of the time there’s not a single person at the desk. They’ll also charge you an extra $100 per night for absolutely no reason, they say I’ll be getting it back but it’s been 5 days so who knows. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Staff was friendly and helpful, had a great time until he heart of 6th St. in Austin. The room was clean and the aesthetic was classy. Would recommend staying at Arrive. Perfect location to visit Austin city life.

Spacious room, very attentive staff and great location for our needs. A bit difficult to find the main entrance and front desk, but they could also be a good thing.

The place was an amazing stay had a great time. Only downside was the valet smoked my clutch and had to spend $5k to rebuild it. Their insurance paid for it. Automatics only.

A beautiful, stylish, modern hotel! The staff were excellent, helpful and welcoming. Comfortable bed, Very clean and beautiful decor. Several fun food & coffee spots within a few blocks. Arrive is in a trendy location & for several nights a week, the clubs are pulsating with loud music until 2 am. Thursday-Saturday, so If you want quieter evenings, ask for the other quieter side of the building.
