Good facilities, large room Room could be clearer, looks a bit old. Charged more than the agreed amount on booking. Never agreed to refund

Just good all around place to stay for a weekend getaway

A quick refuge from the west side of Austin (or AUS airport), I wouldn’t define as luxury, but certainly welcoming and satisfying, with the vibe of a mountaintop overlooking Texas hill country. Maitre de of restaurant a fine fellow, surprisingly delicious kale salad, good wine available. Room was comfortable, 8th floor gave great views of the countryside. Would definitely stay there again, especially if arriving in the afternoon or evening with plans to continue on the road next day.

I feel like the hotel was aiming for an elegant and upscale feel that they did not attain.

Great restaurant/bar. Servers and bartender were very helpful and friendly. Front desk staff and valet were unhelpful and some seemed bothered if you asked them a question. Trying to contact the hotel by phone is impossible. This made for one of my worst hotel stays ever. I do want to say Luka was a big help though!

Although the hotel is situated slightly outside the city, it is wonderful—tucked away amidst peaceful, lush greenery; its Italian-style architecture is beautifully maintained and spotless. Room service, front desk, and restaurant services are prompt and friendly, while the valet service is generally good—provided if you can find a valet!!.

This is no where close to a resort, this is just a hotel

Love this hotel location! Such a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive and you cannot beat the spa services. This is my hotel in the Austin area.

We stayed for 2 nights in a suite and it was exactly like the photos with great views from the balcony. It was well appointed. Our favorite thing was the deep soaking tub. The pool was also very nice. One pool and one hot tub with jets. My wife and I both had spa treatments, which were lovely. The only 2 things I could say to improve would be to have options for vegans on the menu in the restaurant. Also missing was the steam room wasn’t working and there was no water for the sauna. The front desk was very helpful for anything we needed.
