Parking fees very high. Everything else was very good.

No notice to park on the parking garage 3rd level or to take the elevator to the 7th floor to sign in. Frustrating when you’re looking lost in a new city.

Be aware if you are traveling for business, don’t book here. They refused to offer an invoice for my stay, even though I have requested it and sent the info at the time of the booking. I tried solving it trough booking.com, no success. I tried calling, I’ve sent several messages to the property, no one ever answered.

I loved the bar when you first walk too check in and the lady who checked us in was very sweet . I don’t like that the pool close so early

Excellent all around

We had an excellent experience at the Hilton Aventura Miami. Very clean premises, helpful staff, and immaculate room. Only downside was the initial check-in; there needs to be much more signage alerting first-timers that the reception/check-in desks are on the seventh (7th) floor of the hotel. Would stay there again if/when visiting the area.
