No pillow covers, no shower mat, bad smell and so many things

Went to Sequoia National Park....the first thing you want to do is check-in and relax after a long day it was about 10:00 pm when we got there. Checked in went to our room and the first thing we saw when we walked in was roaches!!! We turned right back around and checked out asap we were not going to stay the 2 nights absolutely not!!! Imagine taking some home with you!! Also, did not feel safe at all there was peope hanging out on properly that looked like they were up to no good!!! We were stuck with no room with kids but luckily we found something else. The guy that checked us in/out was ok with giving us the refund I'm assuming because they have those guest that are ok with it and those that aren't! Worst experience ever!! Oh and didn't take pictures because all I wanted to do is get out of that room!!

The front desk has a plastic barrier with a small pass through for a credit card or money. The property is secured with a fence with a gate. It appeared that some of the people live here on a monthly basis and on the way to the room we had passed a prostitute and her client. We didn't stay here and the motel wouldn't refund my money.

If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would. The place was sooo dirty and I checked out of the room within an hour and was refused a refund because I refused a room switch but why would I want to switch rooms when the first was so disgusting, let's be realistic... there were "kids" circling around cars in the parking lot soliciting money, don't know what really we're up to but I was harassed from the moment I arrived until the time I went into the room and even after I went to check out they were still circling around cars in the parking lot.

The location is very bad. There were a lot of illegal activities on property. Not at all suitable for couples or families.

Stole my cash deposit. At check in I paid a cash deposit of 50$. When I checked out the next morning they said I never paid a cash deposit and they didn’t give me my money back. A girl was there at check in the day before. When I checked out it was a different male person. Seems like a scam. Over 50 bucks. Don’t pay the deposit without a receipt and they have some sheet that it’s supposed to be marked on. That you paid a deposit.

That the door locked Hookers, constant vehicles in and out, doors slamming all night long, people calling for their lost dog starting at 5:30am, breakfast…granola bar and cold coffee.
