Excellent location, very clean and comfortable rooms, and outstanding service from all staff members. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Humay at reception for her warm welcome and professionalism, Ravan for his polite communication and efficiency in making everything smooth and easy, and Laila at the executive lounge on the 25th floor for her positive energy and exceptional care. I would also like to sincerely thank the luggage assistance staff member — I apologize for not recalling his name — who was extremely helpful, respectful, and professional. The room cleanliness and overall atmosphere truly made the stay very pleasant. Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations and the experience was very smooth.

Hilton is nicely located in heart of Baku. Very close to all the attractions of city. From check in to checkout overall experience was great. Plenty of in house dining options. House keeping and in room dining accommodated all our requests. Specifically as we were staying with an autistic child all our specific request was met. Amazing views from roof top 360 club restaurant, spa facilities and gym and pool offering great views of the city. Love the stay!

The AC is blowing warm air, and the room isn’t cool enough to sleep—it stays between 22°C and 23°C. I called for it to be fixed, but the issue wasn’t resolved. All the rooms we booked had the same problem

An Unforgettable Stay at Hilton Baku – A Perfect Reflection of a Wonderful City Over the past 50 years, I’ve had the privilege of traveling to more than 50 countries for both business and pleasure, staying in some of the world’s top hotels. This, however, was my very first visit to Azerbaijan—and to say it exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I was deeply impressed by how well-organized, modern, and beautifully maintained the country is, while still preserving its rich cultural and historical heritage. Baku, in particular, showcases a stunning blend of elegant old architecture and contemporary design, with immaculate landscaping and thoughtfully planned public spaces—especially along the Caspian Sea promenade. Most striking of all was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Azerbaijani people. The city felt incredibly safe and welcoming, reflecting strong social values that made our stay all the more comfortable. The Hilton Baku perfectly complemented the city’s spirit—modern, efficient, and warmly welcoming. Though we initially considered a more central hotel, the convenience and affordability of BOLT taxis made Hilton’s location a non-issue. Our 14th-floor room was spacious and serene, offering spectacular views of the city and sea. The 360° revolving rooftop bar was a highlight, with its tranquil ambiance, dazzling skyline, and the mesmerizing hues of the Flame Towers at night. We especially wish to thank Ramiz Mussaid from the reception team for his outstanding service. Always available, warm, and knowledgeable, he played a key role in making our daily plans more enriching. In short, this was a truly memorable and satisfying stay.
