But far away from downtown They offered free airport pickup taxi during booking time . After book hotel for 7 days they refuse to offer free taxi at airport. During booking time breakfast included , after booking refuse to add breakfast

View from my room Mostly it was a good experience but some small incidents happened which could be easily managed like on one of the days bed was not made by room cleaning, next day they forgot the cleaning cloth in our room and on the last day they didn’t provide coffee sachets which they provided daily and old sachets were not removed

Hotel did not follow his booking rules that only take the first night fee for the cancel booking. they cost whole package (4 night) and did not return until now. I sent the messages by booking.com, but nobody answered.

Location is too far, sanities are too old.

Very old and towels were not clean and no extra towels were available

Everything was perfect , and they also surprise me with a mini decoration in my room .. that day was my husband birthday , so they are kinds , the staff really nice and always ready to help.., but there was a small problem .. the internal pool was cold , maybe because it's not the time for heating the water .. Thank you
