I love the modern style of the hotel. The bar is superb with great staff. Breakfast is great and again the staff are brilliant. Five minutes walk from Sants station which connects to everywhere. WiFi was perfect and we used it a lot. Air con was good and very quiet. Not much! A small refrigerator would have been helpful as the weather was very hot. The lifts seem to have an erratic function some times.

Staff were v friendly and helpful. Room was very large and had a veranda. It was their saints day ie St Jorge. When I returned there was a red rose, book mark and a card telling the history of the saintàs day. lovely touch Pool could have opendedearlier on a morning for a swim before going out to work

Modern vibe with large public areas Room tiny Lifts slow and tiny Cumbersome process for checking in or out as had to catch lift twice as reception on level 3 not street level, a pain when you are carrying luggage

The hotel is really well located and is really well decorated. Staff are super friendly When we were there, only one elevator was working which caused long waits. Also there was a lot of noise from other guests.

Staff where friendly Pool bar not open all week had to get a lift down 6 floors for a drink, when pool bar was open on Friday it was for a private party only. No fridge in room
