The warm welcome, as well as overall communication was super friendly and service-oriented. Staff in general was very attentive, also/especially during breakfast! Also loved the vegetarian options.

Location Gym is actually not a gym: a 2m by 2m facility with 2 cardio machines and some basic weights. Bed super uncomfortable, basic breakfast for a 4stars with several items improvable in quality and freshness.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable Water from the tap and shower was super slow. Cleaner knocked in the morning to clean the room and then knocked again at 11am sharp( check out time) not a second later.

Lovely hotel easy 10 minutes walk from Barcelona Sants train station. Very clean, rooms spacious, great walk in shower & nice amenities. Reception very staff welcoming & friendly. Easy walking to many places and good transport links. Nothing

The hotel is located right next to Plaza de España which was perfect for us because we had an event nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel parking is pricey at 20€ per night but I suppose it’s the only option in the area.
