Stayed 3 days never had towels changed or room cleaned.Had to go look for clean ones.Sent messages weeks ago with no reply.Nice breakfast but allways very crowded.Not many sockets worked.Beds were comfy.good shower.Shuttle service was great.

Poor customer service at the door.

Nice hotel

Everything was great but the the smell the first day we got out on Friday inside the room was very bad. I had to go buy some plug-ins besides that I must say a hotel was excellent clean. Customer service was wonderful. Very professional. Breakfast was good room service was wonderful. I will stay again if I visit this area of Chicago.

Basic property. Nothing fancy but totally sufficient for one night stay before taking a flight out. Perfect location and walking distance from rental car drop-off.

Of the room and the price was very nice. The breakfast was decently good, i had to switch rooms and the staff at the front desk was really helpful.

Breakfast was fresh and staff was great. A bit more street noise on the front side of the hotel but to be expected by the airport I suppose

That being said, our room’s window leaked when it rained. Very badly. Made the room smell damp. And the window could not be opened very much so it wasn’t like I could let it air out. I recorded and brought it up to the staff but they did not do anything about it except give me towels. It is next to train tracks so you hear the scratching of the rail carts. Tv remote did not work. The shower door did not close properly so water got all over the floor, every single time.

the first 2 days we ended up in a room the air didn't work . it was very hot but the hotel was sold out and the moment a room came available to staff was very nice and moved us and took money off our bill . I will say if you smoke or even vape they have sensors in the room that detect the air quality and WILL charge you 300$ extra dollars . this did not happen to me of course cause i went out side to vape but seen in happening to people left and right .

Site was super clean and front desk staff was amazing.

Mostly great, but hair dryer bracket was fall off the wall.

Tons of parking, helpful and professional staff, and overall great experience.

When we checked in, the clerk said we were on the third floor and would need to take the stairs. My husband is 80, and I thought it would have been nice to at least ask if we needed help carrying our luggage. It was 9:30, and it is possible there was just no one available, but an apology would have been nice. Our room was reasonably comfortable - the mattress was ok and the Room was quiet at night. Caulk around the shower was black and looked dirty,but I’m pretty sure it had been cleaned as best as they were able. Breakfast was OK as well. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage patties and waffles, as well as an assortment of cereals and oatmeal. Yogurt was also available. Overall, the staff was polite and all requests were met with courtesy and kindness. The hotel is very close to Midway airport and the shuttle was very convenient
