We got there early. Although our room was ready, they charged us an extra $20 to check in early. Reluctantly we agreed because our plans had changed because of the weather and we had nowhere else to go. Get to our room and begin to unpack our cooler in the refrigerator. The seal was broken so the door wouldn’t stay closed. Had to report it and they replaced it with a different one. The bathroom was ehhh, but ok until I checked the shower. The tub was filthy. Our room was incredibly damp and humid but staff insisted that once the air ran for a bit it would clear up. Needless to say, it never did. Our bathroom sink drained incredibly slow so it looked dirty all the time once it finally drained. Breakfast was decent. They did keep up on restocking the food during dining hours. At checkout we requested a courtesy refund of the early check in fee considering the inconveniences we experienced but they refused. Will not be staying in another Wyndham hotel in the future.

Cigarette butts by bench near entrance. This was due to discourteous guests. Otherwise, very friendly staff, clean room and comfortable. What a person who is traveling and has a busy schedule needs.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and they even gave a gift bag with bottled water and snacks! The room was very clean and updated, and the bed was comfortable Everything was fine!

Property is older however our room was clean and the staff was friendly. I did the online check-in and only had to stop for our room key.

Our room was ready when we arrived. The room was clean and there were plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable as well. The breakfast was what we expected with several options that were to our liking. The parking could have been had better lighting. Even though it was in a somewhat busy area with some lights from nearby business, it's just nice to have a well-lit parking lot. Entry way outside garbage was a bit full and that didn't change while we were there. Also, it would have been nice to have the smokers not smoke right outside the entry doorway.

The room was clean , beds comfortable slept great. The AC was wonderful in room .The pool needs some repairs, but usable. Lightning was poor, pool tiles in areas need replaced. The pool ladder was broken
