negatives: holes in bath mat, breakfast has cream cheese but no bagels, they charge $55 for early check in even though the room is ready. Irritating TV - hard to figure out how it works, some peeling baseboards, Only light weights and two machines in gym area.

I highly recommend booking a hotel anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas. I woke up my second night with 3 red bites along my arm. At first I thought it was mosquitoes since the weather in Arkansas is warm now. I went to take a nap in my hotel later that same day, and I see a red bug crawling on the sheets- a bed bug. The next day, my father had 2 bites on his legs. The rooms we occupied were rooms 316, 320, and 327. The hotel says that their pest control investigated the rooms and did not find evidence of bed bugs, which I find unbelievable as I saw one. When asked to provide evidence of the pest control company’s report, the hotel did not want to do so. I have stayed in many hotels in many states and countries, and have never had this issue except for this hotel. Please stay anywhere else other than here. The emotional toll and stress that this situation has brought has been severe. I appreciate the hotel providing a refund due to this issue, but for the stress and lack of public health safety, I implore you to find an alternative hotel to stay at rather than this one.

We have stayed at several hotels in the area both more expensive and cheaper. We always find ourself coming back to this hotel! The ac doesn't have the sensor to shut it off if no one is there so no coming in to a nasty humid Arkansas room. It gets COLD too. Probably the best night of sleep I've gotten at a hotel in a while. We've stayed 3 times now and will continue every time in the area! So under rated!

The gentleman who checked us in was great (6/14/26 about 5pm). It was nice to have breakfast in the morning! Cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. Tub finishes need some attention. But clean and well kept rooms and property.

Older property that has been well maintained but is showing its age. Like most other “breakfast included” hotels, the morning meal was adequate, but not impressive. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We were on the first floor and enjoyed that amenity. It was just a one night stay this trip but this LaQuinta location is our preferred hotel.

Refrigerator not cooling. They brought a new fridge in 5 minutes. Sound didn't work on TV. They fixed in one minute. I lost my glasses in the hallway... They had been turned in at the front desk. We needed a late check-out. No problem.

The bed was very comfortable. Front desk people were very nice. My only complaint would be the noise level. Lots of kids running and screaming in the hallways. I was going to call the front desk about the noise but the phone in our room didn’t work. 😐. Overall nice hotel though.

Fantastic hotel! It was our wedding anniversary. When we arrived the hotel upgraded our room, and one of the housekeepers made towel swans which were on the bed when we opened the door! We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel! The staff is phenomenal, and a compliemntary happy hour is also available for those staying in the hotel.

It is very clean. The bed and pillows are great.

Hot tub was unavailable

Clean, comfortable, nice pool temp, good breakfast. Door was difficult to close, had to push very hard which made a lot of noise.
