The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.

Took a chance on this place with hardly any reviews. Neighborhood was a mix of sketchy and newer investments. The staff was helpful up to check-in, and then not so much. The bathroom sink was completely broken- no water and a broken sink itself (bottom front of sink was hanging off). The lights of the parking lot/property shine directly in to the unit all night, less than a foot away. My biggest issue was with the back door. The unit we stayed in was on the ground and had a back door that was completely uncovered, allowing anyone to see in. It opened to a patio with the parking lot being right there. While there was a guardrail enclosing the patio, the lack of privacy was an issue for me, and the biggest worry was that there was NO deadlock. Just a sliding lock (no chain) that goes into a drilled out hole about 1/8 inch securing the door shut from the outside. I didn’t discover this until after we arrived home after a concert around 130a, and by then, although I called and asked about the lock/moving units, the on-call help asked if I wanted to check out and that all the units were like this- and that was it. I said a prayer and went to bed. I would NOT recommended this unit, unless you’re okay with this. The manager would not refund anything, and I informed them through our third party booking company that I would be leaving this review- which still did not make a difference in any partial refund- only if we had left in the middle of the night. Not safe. Comfy beds though.

Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

We were on the 3rd floor and there was a continuous hum coming from the ceiling (maybe from the HVAC). We didn’t notice it until the tv was off late at night, but it was audible and strong enough that you could feel the ceiling vibrating. The tv remote only turned on the tv and changed the volume. So we were limited to the current channel. Luckily we were up for Friends reruns on TBS. Finally, note that there is no swimming pool.

Friendly staff and clean property. Breakfast , was good. Only complaint, lack of toiletries in room.

We've stayed at this property several times while our son was a student at ISU. The hotel is clean, safe, well maintained, and very comfortable for our needs. Friendly, helpful staff have always made our stays even better. Totally recommend this hotel!

The restaurant. There’s no place on the website that stated it was Korean food. We specifically selected this hotel because it had a restaurant. If we had known the menu was so limited would not have booked. T

Staff were great! We had a couple of minor problems but they were very quick to correct the issues! The Korean restaurant was very good too.

The motel was changing to a Clarion, in the process of remodeling so the property was in a disarray. The room was descent, but certainly not up to a 9.2 standard.

The waffles were great wished they had options for people who don’t eat pork

Breakfast was the same old same old, but it gets the job done. the lobby looked like they pulled their old furniture from their house. That green couch has to go.

Breakfast selection was ok, warmers are just for show. You'll need to utilize the microwave. What I didn't like..... 1. The hot water is at a dangerously high temp. Someone is going to be severely burned if they aren't aware. 2. The jets on the jacuzzi were not all functioning. Also, there were stains on the tub that appeared to be from ashes/smoking. 3. The couch in the room was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I could not sit on it without a towel. The cushions are worn down to the point of sinking. 4. Fan nor air on the HVAC unit was in proper working conditions which made for a stuffy night of sleep. 5. There was a problem with Comcast so we were not able to watch any television. We were given a different remote to connect to the Internet but that didn't work either. I had to utilize my personal computer and hot spot. 6. THIS IS THE REASON WHY I'LL NEVER BOOK AGAIN (KRISHNA, if you're still the owner/manager I hope you get to see this) I booked for one night per usual. The room was a bit more costly than usual but I took that on the chin and booked anyway because my body was due for a good soak and jet massage. Even after the collective inconveniences, I decided to stay another night. Before having breakfast, I inquired at the front desk with Arjun about pricing and waiving the second incidental fee (which has been done before). He informed me that I would have to pay the additional incidental fee for the second booking which wasn't the problem. Arjun asked for my information, looked up my reservation and quoted me "$107, including tax". Sounded like a plan to me since that was much cheaper that the previous night; informed Arjun that I'd call from the room after discussing the idea with my husband. We ultimately decided to rebook and I sent my husband to the front desk to pay for the booking. He returned after several minutes telling me to find other accommodations because the tune at the desk changed in less than 20 minutes! $107 was now $185!!!
