This was an affordable and close hotel to IU for graduation. Always came back to clean sheets and towels. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel prices in Bloomington are crazy for graduation. Book early.

Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again.

We got two people bedroom w/two Queen size beds. Room was spacious but a little lack of storage. Comfortable beds, good size shower, despite the fact the sink & mirror are at the 'hall' right outside the shower, weird. I haven't seen any pool or other amenities, but consider the price for two people and an 'on-spot' reservations, it was a good deal & stay. Will defiantly recommend and will go back in the future.

Great location

Parking well lit at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but this is a no-frills room. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, tv, small fridge, but that is it. Nothing fancy, but checks the boxes for a close to campus decent place to stay. Room doors open out to parking lot and your car can be parked right outside your door. Nice coved walk outside your door to protect from rain.

The room was so clean. The beds were comfortable. The location in proximity to the stadium couldn’t have been better!

Room was clean and bathroom remodeled. It was quiet and check in was easy. Stayed for football game weekend.

Overall, good experience. We came for an IU football game. So the location was close. Needed a roof and a bed, and it provided that. Obviously, if you expect the amenities of a regular hotel, you won't get those. We needed to ask for soap twice since when we arrived there was no soap to wash our hands, and when they cleaned the room the second day, they forgot it again. But those little things were minor. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Met the expectations of a motel.

Was perfect location so could walk to stadium. Rooms very clean. Owner very nice will stay again

At 2AM we awoke to the Police kicking in the door of a room below us. It appears the entire first floor are transient people. We will not stay here again.

This is also the first place I've ever stayed in where there's no closet of any kind and there's nowhere in the bathroom or anywhere to hang a shirt or a jacket. I hung my shirt on the telescoping handle of my luggage. They provide the world's tiniest bars of soap and there's nowhere in the the shower to actually put the soap. This is a place that would be okay for construction crews where their bosses are are trying to save money. The morning coffee is actually better than expected. The family that runs the place is actually quite respectful and nice but this motel is only appropriate if you've run out of money.

The facility was undergoing a complete remodeling and when I got there, the roof was being replaced. Inside the rooms, it had recently been repainted and all the fixtures replaced with new ones. So, it was still quite busy while I had my stay, but the staff was willing to provide help when needed. Note that the location was at a very busy location with lots of traffic. Interestingly, it was quieter during the night than I thought it might be. There was a pancake house next door, within a couple hundred feet, that you could walk to.

The owner is very kind and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated and the bed is very comfy. Easily walkable to IU Memorial Stadium and close to downtown. Very nice stay and great experience.
