Clean property, amazing price for value. The only negative thing was the pool was down for maintenance and my son was really upset. Otherwise, very pleased!

We stayed at this hotel for my son’s college admissions visit to Indiana University. They are remodeling, but there was absolutely no issue with the construction. They are dog friendly, which is wonderful. However we had an aggressive dog down the hall which made it challenging to time when we could take our own little pup in and out and use the elevator. Their printer wasn’t working upon check-in, but the worker was super apologetic and assured me I could come back the next day and complete it. The location is great- about a mile and a half from Bloomington and Indiana’s campus. There is a traffic light that makes exiting and entering the hotel quick and simple. Having the kitchenette was super convenient- we could store leftovers, have cold drinks, etcetera. If our son chooses Indiana, we will be back!

Friendly staff close to main road Broken pool for 2 years but still has pictures of a working pool. No continental breakfast. Stay 2 days no new towels or sheets.

Our room smelled of smoke, the shower had mold around the ceiling, the ice maker in our room didn't work, the pool was closed, and the channel lineup sheet was not correct. This place was a hot mess. Jeff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk but at one point we sat in the lobby hanging out and watched a lady wait for over 20 minutes for sometime to come back and help her. We will not stay here again.

We shared our room with the ANTS for 7 days. Staff was told but didn’t do much to fix the problems. Not even going to waste my time on other issues.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We never encountered any problems. Enjoyed our stay.

I had forgotten that this hotel didn't provide breakfast, so that was a little frustrating. Most hotels do now, so you kind of just take it for granted. The room was fine, and the price was great. The best part of our stay was the frogs outside our window singing us to sleep both nights we were there!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms are very spacious with their own kitchen. The facilities were great. Location can be a bit outside of town, but driving around Bloomington is always less than 15 mins anyways.

Between leases, I stayed here for a week, and I'd live here if I could! In addition to the cost per night, here's what's great: clean, spacious room, cozy bed, great pillows, HOT water, great water pressure, helpful, friendly staff, pet friendly (large dogs welcome), an abundance of easily accessible amenities (food pantry, lockers with pizza oven/toaster/even a food processer), convenient location, easy parking, and quick accessibility to everything in Bloomington. Added bonus if you're outdoorsy, the property is nestled near a huge patch of woods with endless walking trails, a creek, and even a couple of waterfalls. I will 100% stay here when I visit friends & family. I work remotely, and will even consider coming here for a week or two when I need an escape from the City, but don't want to take paid time off. The only negative point I will mention is that the refrigerator in my room freezes everything, even at the least cold setting. Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Very welcoming and charming! It was pretty run down. Wet carpet in the room. Stale smoky smell in the room.

The location and the amount of space you got. The smell of marijuana in some halls
