Our stay was overall nice. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The main complaint was how hard and uncomfortable the mattress was. It also seems crazy to have to pay $15/night for parking in an open lot with 80% of the spaces open and available.

I didn’t realized parting for the night would be $15 + the trouble of paying on a new to me app (at the counter was not an option) + needing the license plate of the rental car…: Don’t think you paid for the day either—at 10:00 am you run out of time.

They make you pay for parking which isnt Included. No breakfast just overpriced restaurant. Was told the pool and hot tub were open but the hot tub was broke

I wasn't a new fan of the $15 fee for parking, also, I wish that breakfast had been included in the cost. You could buy breakfast but it wasn't part of the hotel fee. I wish that the hot tub had been open.

staff was very friendly and helpful. room was comfortable. there wasn't anything I didn't like. the location ok.

Came on a busy weekend. The room I had booked was not available so I was upgraded to a suite which was a nice treat. Even better when I entered the room was that everything was brand new. Great stay.

I can’t believe in 2026 you do not have access to Netflix or any streaming services on the TV. I was told I needed an HDMI cable to do so. Also, housekeeping was terrible. They gave us fresh towels and emptied the garbage. That was it. Left us with dirty glasses and I guess dressing the beds is a thing of the past!!

The Hotel had construction going on but it didnt affect our stay.
