Trianon Bonita Bay

Very quiet. Outdoor pool was refreshing the seating, clean and neatly organized.

We arrived at 1:30 and asked if any rooms were available. The clerk pointed to a hand made sign 45$ charge 3 hours early 30$ charge 1 hours early 25$ charge 30 minutes early. I have consulted for 6 years, stayed in hundreds of nights in hotels and never was I Charged 45$ to check in Early. Oh and if you want lat check out, 45$ The front desk, the rudest clerk I wver Have dealt with. Bonita Springs has a dozen hotels way nicer for the same price. We are never staying at this sleazy hotel again.

The check in is late 4.00 pm . Breakfast is not included.

Great place in the middle of everything.

The property was a spotless, beautiful surrounded working distance, coffee, shops, and others and it perfect for relax and take some time off from the city.

Very nice place stay here almost every month but the last three month it seems that they have changed the mattress on the king beds and feels like you are laying on plywood.. very uncomfortable…

The bathrooms are amazing, beds are nice, pool is fantastic. We had a few little issues but Addison and Heather took great care of us. Excellent value and we will be back!

Was upset that comcast was out my whole stay and was not compensated at all for the inconvenience. Sat in a room with no tv just listening to the loud ac all night on a hard bed. Wasn’t a good first night. Front desk employees wasn’t very nice about it either.

Superb stay as always. This is mine and my families favorite place to stay in the Bonita/Naples area…been somewhat regular guests for well over 12 years. Everything about it is perfect. Also for the first time we had a family dinner with a party of 9 at the Old Florida Chop House and it was amazing on every level- food, service, ambiance all exceptional. Highly recommend if you’re staying at the property. Just wish the bar was open a little later on the weekends…didn’t want to good times to end. Until next time.

The Trianon property is beautiful. Love love love the pool area!!!

Also Sunday at 7pm till we checked out the next day there was no cable for the tv. I have stayed at this location a dozen times and things are going down.They need to be trained by the Marriott people.

Everything was wonderful

Gym was completely inadequate and too small and cluttered. Slightly apathetic people working front counter/reception - hospitality???

Also, the Trianon Hotel is located directly in the center of the Bonita Springs area; halfway between the south and north end and situated alongside of Highway 41; giving it perfect access to all other local destinations. The professionalism here is unexcelled, and all the Trianon employees are very kind, conscientious and expert in their unique service and duties. I am amazed that it is only rated as a 3 star Hotel...for it is way above and beyond the majority of all 5 star-rated Hotels and Resorts where I have stayed over the years! I can say for certain, that if you have the good fortune of visiting here, you will feel very pleased and satisfied! Come and InJoy! JamesSteven & Muse on the loose...

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent.

Room needed an update on decor but the bathroom was nice. Mattress was sunken in on one side from use.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Only challenge was smoking allowed at the pool.
