San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront

24/7 transportation to SFO airport.Awesome view of the Bay. With good amenities. no wifi access inside rooms,only at lobby area unless you’re a Marriott elite member.

Waterfront view is good. Despite the vintage style, room is quiet and clean. Front desk is helpful. Not enough choices at the breakfast buffet. Wouldn't pay for it next time. The entire experience overall is fine. Just the price you paid would keep your expectation higher than usual.

I was afraid we would be too close to the airport and kept up all night, but we were put in a room above the atrium which was nice and quiet. The shuttle to the airport was not on time. But perhaps the shuttle has nothing to do with the hotel. Not sure, but quite a few of us were standing outside at 2:30 in the morning for a long time.

This is a great place for a layover. The amenities are excellent and the vicinity to the park and they’re walking alley is fantastic.

The airport shuttle was clean and prompt. Also, I loved the walking path behind the hotel along the bay.

Friendly, professional staff. Most important in any organization, keep it up Had to pay $48 for parking. Have stayed in a lot of hotels, resorts and this is the 1st time had to pay for parking at hotel you have booked

The hotel was basically fine, but it was rather ridiculous that they did not include a complimentary bottle of water (except for Bon Voy members). The fact that they charged $7 for a bottle of water was quite insulting. I’ve stayed at hotels in many countries, and complimentary bottles of water are the norm. Please do better.

Clean nice hotel. Would have liked a microwave in room but there was one in the lobby.

The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. The breakfast buffet was not very good for the price. I will definitely stay again if I need a hotel close to the airport.

Was the perfect place to extend our layover and enjoy San Fran. Loved the shuttle service to and from the airport. Super convenient.

Great location and room. Always enjoy here. Disappointed this time though with food. Previously Breakfast used to be one could order from a nice selection. Now it’s a buffet like any other average hotel. Doesn’t do justice to Marriott brand or the cost of stay. Management should actively seek feedback about this change.
