Clean All was good except the mattress in my room, kind of ended up with a backache after 3 nights.

Miesha was great, Hotel Tru looked great, and we thank them for letting us use their lobby to find another hotel. But unfortunately we did not stay there, so are unable to provide a full review.

The staff really stood out. Everyone was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which isn't something you can train into a place. And yeah — the pancake machine lives up to the hype. Simple thing, but a fun way to start the morning. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely book again.

The room was clean and enough space for my family of 4. Restrooms very clean, breakfast was ok and we enjoyed the pool table. Would stay again for sure
